Second problem: No fiat to enter... 2017 was a boom in Economy so Everybody Got a lot money to invest in to btc.
To make good bull we need to dump a lot Fiat currency into crypto market.

Not yet. Because the price of bitcoin still volatile last week it hits 4k price and now drop again to 3800 price. That's why it's hard to say that we are in bull run in this kinfmd of situation.
Looking at the price of Bitcoin for the past 7 days, the price has not made any significant move that we can call it a Bull market yet. Price moves at only 2% in other words its moving sideways. So far the highest that we had for the last 7 days is $4,055 which happened February 23, after that the price just moved from $3,700 to $3,900.
This is Just a Hype where people want to spread, nothing is going to happen for couple of months as we are experiencing the bear market till now. guys don't be optimistic and Just make this golden opportunity by Investing in coins once the market turns green I am sure you can make loads of money where you cant even Imagine about it.

No, we haven't got into a perfect bull market. The bull market will make more inflow of investment into the cryptocurrency. A forward price move possible contribute to the start of price pumping. Later upon the continuity it get with the market increase we can predict whether it is an bull market or not.

I don't think you should call it a lost since you never sold your coin during the dump, it is only a lost when you panic sell. I commend you a lot for still holding on to your coin even when the dump began and i can assure you that with the good news which we have been getting this year eg, samsung S1O to have a crypto wallet embedded in it and also google keyboard having bitcoin logo, i think we will see a great rise this year. I think we are getting to a buyers vs sellers equilibrium price point.
This means we go sideways and up eventually.
Enroute to the moon a lot of people want their investment back so there are a lot of people that will sell on their way up.

People doesn't have to realize that bitcoin is the future, we are already aware of that but it isn't enough to make the prices go up. We are still on the moment of correcting and while looking at the market, there will be probable dips in the future.
