if the increase in bitcoin prices continues, then I am very optimistic that we will see new projects or coins explode in the near future, but if the crypto market specifically bitcoin prices fall again, then it is very unlikely that we will see new projects develop rapidly, because I the sense of increasing the price of a new coin is very dependent on the price of bitcoin itself.
not this soon mate instead in the next couple of years, there is no legit reason why this need to happen , and besides crypto market is still in the verge of dumping if this increase does not continue so never engage yourself in seeking too much increase because in the end of the day you will always fail lol.

Why not? Bitcoin is now at 47k. That is a legit reason why alt's can boom soon. Dump seasons are over but we are now in the beginning of a bull run. Price can fall anytime of the day but the fall was tiny and it does not mean we are dumping again but dumps are a hard fall and it is consistent but right now what we are seeing is the price is stable with a small fluctuations.try to focus in something worth to invest.

I see your point and I fully understand, there's no competition indeed bitcoin will remain as a king but likewise, there are many alternative coins to choose to add to your basket and wait till the market rise back and bring that huge pump that will let us enjoy harvesting the profits that we desire. The market for alternative coins is wide.
It's more about doing your own research and analysis in order to pick the right one and enjoy your investing / trading participation.

But again even though altcoin provides a better alternative to Bitcoin it is still more reliable to invest in Bitcoin rather than a highly volatile alt.

We cannot say it is an altcoin boom of course because that alt season happens very rarely and when that happens the prices are increasing at a level we never saw before and reaches ATH levels as well, we are 100% certainly not there for sure.

With that concept, it's true that there are alts that moves better than bitcoin in terms of profits, if you managed to follow those solid asset where the project is pumping so hard, it's not usual to every alt coins but it's very possible with good team and communities that support the project.

I think it's been more than a week that bitcoin is in a position of more than 40 thousand dollars, if bitcoin can shoot more than 50 thousand dollars and there is no negative news, then hopefully a bull run will happen soon.
Well, it is not only about market performance of BTC. Other external factors affect the altcoin season, flat price on BTC charts can accelerate whole process in alt markets but overall finance market conditions should support this bullrun first. In few months, it will be clear to find destination of current market trend.But with the BTC factor going up it also always affects other coins so I guess it should see the bottom of the price continue to strengthen.

As you wrote, the prices of the main cryptocurrencies are slowly rising, so thanks to this, the market sentiment is also improving. Not today and not in the next following weeks, best not to expect much mate , we are not here to expect that instead what we need to understand .

we know that the increase in crypto always goes with the bitcoin price trend which usually occurs every 4 years or precisely after the halving, but it seems that is no longer true because now it is very different from before when not many investors and rich people invest in the crypto world, at this time we know a lot of famous people, artists and even big investors invest in crypto, I think every year will continue to reach ATH on bitcoin like altcoins too, but let's see that in this year
Well, expect altcoin positive sentiment to run for another three weeks or two after which altcoin momentum might wane. Bitcoin to a large extent still affect the price of altcoin in the cryptocurrency market. The best strategy however is to have long term plan on selected altcoin with future and most importantly one must stick with those plan for success!

I don't have an idea about the next trend of altcoins. Crypto trend is always unpredictable, so not sure if there will be a huge correction or a huge pump this year. I only think that we are in a good situation because there is some good news about crypto lately. So, this month, I assume we will have a good trend in the crypto market. Probably, some altcoins have a pump.
Agreed with you , we already had a big downturn in january , february and march now we are just waiting for a big bang in april. Being in this condition is bullish on altcoins this month, because altcoin season isn't quite here yet if btc hasn't jumped $50k this month.

I do believe that April will be a great month, it is historically a good month for crypto to go up, usually April and may see the prices go up, then during summer it goes down and then during Q4 of the year it goes up like crazy all over again. I believe the same cycle could happen again, it usually does happen that way and it looks like it could happen this time around as well. I can't guarantee anything though.

for me i don't think altcoins are left behind on this current situation wherein bitcoin is keep making a good trend. Because In my view most of atlcoins in the market is really making a progress as well, infact some alts have good percentage than bitcoin base on my speculation.. So i don't think only bitcoin will continually making a good trend in the market.. don't make sales, and don't panic sell, Altcoins are more volatile than Bitcoin,
the most important thing is that we must have knowledge and know when to buy it,
