This is often going to depend on my mood for the day. I know that I have gained weight since my last child and I finished bf them because I way oversupplied, but I have not see much of a change even though I have been working out and eating right for about four months now.

What I mean about not seeing a change is that I have not lost much weight. I have only lost about 4 to 5 pounds since I got started on the dieting. But in the pictures, you can see a big difference. I am guessing two kids close together really set me behind in muscle tone because I have lost like 9 inches in 4 months, but no weight. I have also seen an increase in my stamina as well as feeling better, more energy, and even lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels so I’m getting healthier, just not losing the weight.

When you are done with the cleanse, may I suggest the Intermittent fasting diet. Not trying to sell anything, but just found this works the best for me. There are different options, but I usually do the one that allows me to only eat from 11 am to 7 pm. Nothing except water and green tea in between these times. It is nice because I do not have to count calories as much, but still eating less because I close the amount of time that I can eat in the day. The snacking at night has really helped. During pregnancy I got into the bad habit of eating late at night because I would be starving (the feeling of starving while pregnant). With this diet I was finally able to break it and feel so much better.

I also try to mix things up a bit with working out. My main one is T25 since they are nice and short. I also do some 10 minute Tiffany Roth videos. Sometimes these are on rest days when I do not have time or I will combine 2 or 3 of them for a good workout. Also do hip hop abs a bit. Great workout but pick out your own music and put the video on silent because the music is horrid on these. Most of my workouts stay under 30 minutes. I have a 1 and a 2 year old and work at home so timing is just not there most days. On the days it is, I do double up on some workouts, but 30 minutes along with walking and chasing around kids seems to help.

Hope some of these can help you out after you are done on the cleanse!

170lbs is my ultimate goal, but lately I've been thinking 175 -180lbs may be the better way to go.

Thought I posted here, sites been glitchy today.

Did a fast and ended up in a Mcdonalds drive thru 20 minutes in and ordered two meals. My will power was lacking I am guessing. Grin

If you want to lose weight walk every where,it helped me lose weight. Now I am jogging and about 172lbs (5'10),thats down from 235lbs. So it can be done and sometimes it may feel like for not. I found I held on to weight sometimes for 2 weeks stretches and then wake up the next day down 5lbs. Body is super weird like that. Usually I lost 2lbs a week or even just 1 but it adds up.
