Same-sex marriage, the practice of marriage between two men or between two women. Although same-sex marriage has been regulated through law, religion, and custom in most countries of the world, the legal and social responses have ranged from celebration on the one hand to criminalization on the other.

The introduction of same-sex marriage (also called marriage equality) has varied by jurisdiction, and came about through legislative change to marriage law, court rulings based on constitutional guarantees of equality, recognition that it is allowed by existing marriage law, or by direct popular vote (via referendums and initiatives). The recognition of same-sex marriage is considered to be a human right and a civil right as well as a political, social, and religious issue. The most prominent supporters of same-sex marriage are human rights and civil rights organizations as well as the medical and scientific communities, while the most prominent opponents are religious fundamentalist groups. Polls consistently show continually rising support for the recognition of same-sex marriage in all developed democracies and in some developing democracies.

I have nothing against opposite sex marriage etc.
But I am against when homosexual propaganda is forcefully fed to us.
Be what you like, but do not advertise it to our kids. Don't ask 5 year old girls and boys at schools how they identify themselves etc.
You are free to do whatever you like if your freedom doesn't disturb others.

Yes, people can be attracted to opposite sex or the same sex and I see nothing wrong with that.

Freedom of choice is freedom to lock one's self into certain positions. That's all.

For example, we might be free to get a gun and shoot ourselves in the foot. But the results are possible minor crippling for the rest of our lives.

We are free to eat foods that are good for us. If we choose this, we are prone to be healthier in life.

The point isn't the freedom to choose (or not) same sex marriage. Essentially everyone has that choice. The point is the benefit of so choosing.

If you choose same sex marriage because you are proving that you can do whatever you want, you will have to put up with the results of making such a choice.

The thing to do is investigate something like this from every angle before you make the choice. Why? So that you don't later wish that you had not made that choice.

After all, good friends of the same sex can do almost all the things that married partners can do, and that without being married. So, why lock yourself into it?

People of opposite sex can do one thing together that people of the same sex can't. That thing is, have children that are of their own bodies, together, and in loving friendship.

Children are a blessing. Don't lock yourself out of having children from your own body by getting into a same-sex marriage relationship.

Cool

In my opinion, we have the freedom to choose for our own. There's nothing wrong to marry our same gender as long as we love them. We don't need the opinion of others because as we all kniw, nothing in this world is perfect except God. Wink
