Are you mining any CPU mineable coins?
if yes, how much are you putting in? and how much are you getting?

So far the best CPU mineable coin today is Monero but not really worth even using your maximum thread, I have 16 threads on my CPU and as per monero mining calculator I could only earn $0.2/day

Nowadays, CPU mineable coins only worth to mine if you have high powered video cards such as GTX1080

CPU minig profitable and make sense only if you get free electricity and 10 cpu like (core i7 plus  some core i5 )or ryzen 6 or 8 core.

I mine Monero a little bit with my spare cpus.

A decent cpu (fx-8320) gets about 1/3rd of a decent gpu (rx 470).

This site has monero hardware benchmarks: http://monerobenchmarks.info/

My big servers are currently mining sumokoin, hoping for a spike at some point like aeon did.

My workstations are mining a variety of coins just to hold for best case scenarios. B2BCoin, Iridium, Intensecoin, Charncoin, Sikka. Most likely will end with disappointment.

I've mined or currently mining B2Bcoin, Intense, Sikka, BiblePay, Myriad, Unitus etc. I will check out sumocoin, Iridium, Charnacoin too. I only have couple big servers but have more spare cpu so mining coins in hope those will amount to something someday. But I agree most will amount to nothing.

Honestly, mining on CPU wouldn't give a reason kind of profit. This accrues to the fact its configuration isn't for mining purposes. Most oftentimes it best to go with GPU and this graphics card gets expensive these day.

Well if I turn of my CPU from mining I save 40 watts.

If I mine it does 550 h of xmr that is about 75 cents.

For 1 kwatt  so at ten cents. A kwatt I earn 65 cents a day or 20 a month.

Now I spent

 100 killer cooler
 360 ryZen 1800x
 180 mobo

640.  32 month payoff but 1 hot CPU coin and that drops a lot

i mine xmr on my amd ryzen 1800x

but I have a big ass water cooler and I mine with 3 1080 tis

rig does well like this.

This card costs big right! If we go with the Nvidia Geforce miner with the cost effiecient one means which one is the best to go with? I got a suggestion to start with 1060i cards with the some standard mother board and processor to start mining ethereum.

I can invest upto 1500 USD in this. Please explain the better coin and cards I have to choose to start dude.

I was mining Monero with a i5-7400 getting approx. 110h/s (3 threads) for 0.20USD a day so its not really worth it, I stopped after a couple of weeks.

I used to mine Monero on my macbook pro, it did about 80 H/s. However, i learned the hardway that mining really isn't meant for CPUs. Profit margin was really low and the risk of ruining your laptop's CPU is way too high (because of the heat and all). That being said, mining on a desktop CPU is only slightly better. Some CPUs like ITXs are really bad when used for mining too. Always consider your CPU's conditions and if it can take the stress and heat of mining.

Agreed. I tried mining on CPU also, but found that it was not really worth it when you consider the power usage, heat and potential damage to the CPU.

I did before, but not anymore. I got a 6 GPU rig that i mined XMR with the cpu before, but i lost more money doing that Cheesy Hashrate on the GPUs slowed down.

Help your mining with  Nicehash or  Winminer
