Area69 looks like another suspicios web portal. Many visitors start UPGRADE and send to site BTC. And when time to pay comes it was closed. So many sites recent time have the same "scam like story", but only few long live projects have good reputation.

It's more like a game because you can upgrade things multiple times and each time your space/rate will be better.Also i don't think that you can deposit from external sources so you can just upgrade with the earnings from the faucet.
