Kraken would be great, it's the only place where I deposit fiat to buy coins.
It doesn't really matters though since I can just buy XRP in Kraken, send them to Bittrex with 0.01$ transaction fee (or less) and buy ARK from Bittrex.
Nonetheless, it would be more convenient to have ARK on Kraken and I think they don't even charge a listing fee, they're just very picky with their listing choices.

It was good that we had Cryptopia for small or new coins which are not in Bittrex, I wish we'd have an alternative to this now that Cryptopia is gone.

We need quickly several trading place for mass adoption. You said you have an account on bittrex. If Ark will not be on bittrex, do you buy it on another exchange (an exchange where you don't have an account ) ? The answer for me is not because i don't want open an account on other's exchange for instance. I'm not the only guy with just one account ...

There has never been an ACES DEX. ACES is centralized. ACES is just the encoded listener node part of SmartBridge. It is a centralized way to cross communicate between blockchains and any blockchain protocols. It is currently in hiatus and waiting for an upgrade to ARK V2. Any developer can jump on this task and help.

Personally I choose delegates based on their contribution. In the above site you can see a if a delegate has a green mark icon next to the "Contributes?" tag and then after clicking a delegate you can see in their page what kind of contribution they have offered (some might be doing marketing promotions to get the word out, others might be developing 3rd party software for ARK or some might be contributing in the github).

I need a wallet (what kind of wallet i can choose) after that i register an account for staking and vote. My ark stay on my wallet that it ?

There are official wallets for PC, Android and iOS. You can find the one you want and download it here: https://ark.io/ (see top-right corner)
Through these wallets you'll find an option saying "vote" or "vote for delegate", I don't remember the exact wording.

You can move your ARK freely after you vote, they stay in your wallet. Every delegate has slightly different rules but most take snapshots of your account more than once per day.
For example: If one day you hold 4200 ARK and 12 hours later you hold 1400 ARK because you spent some, your payment from the delegate for the 24 hours period will count an average holding of 2800 ARK and your payment will be about 0.60 ARK.
