Sure, no problem.

There was a major core upgrade during this time, so you cannot just upgrade the software. You have to install the latest client to access your coins.

You will need your 12 word passphrase. That way you can import your Ark wallet into the new desktop client.

It have many whales and insiders pump, Gavin Wood code Ethereum and we see his Ethereum genesis blocks moving to pump Polkadot.
