Videos have been accepted, but we cannot decide which will be the best videos until it ends - ALL ARK videos (if you submit an official video of Shakira it won't count
) will receive some kind of a bounty.Websites on another hand if you read the blog post you would know it will be an ongoing bounty in the upcoming months and best ones will receive anywhere from 5,000 - 20,000 ARKs, but they need to provide functionality for ARK (eg. ARK explorer, offline-web address generator, statistics,... ).
There is also top proposal for ARK related services which can get you 100,000 ARK (x3 top proposals).
So plenty of opportunities for you to earn ARK even after we end the TEC.

Sold all my ark in the last few weeks guys. This thread has just been depressing. Now if everyone can follow suit we can get some dump action and I can buy back in early 2017 for way less then Ihave been selling at currently.

Finally ARK will start... wondering how much it will be worth...
It will launch approximately Feb 2017, so ark team can't move or use the lisk for vote delegates or even spend the bitcoins.

We will have some funds available before February to get the ball rolling. We do try to avoid the mistakes of others. We will also be able to vote using the lisk if we so choose before Mainnet launch in our TOS but have not done so at this time.

nothing has changed in the agreement, this rule was agreed with the escrow for lisk since before the start of the TEC.
The milestone was based on hardware and use case funding and not the amount that we need to start the project.
We will launch on schedule regardless of total collected, the only difference is that if we do not hit the threshold, we will allow participants the option to refund. If we hit the threshold, there is no requirement for us to allow for any refund.

No, there are no changes, just more details. The refund options of the TEC wasn't detailed in the original announcement, and now that the outcome is more likely we are releasing more details. At the beginning it was only stated that we refund anyone if we don't reach the minimum threshold.
And we will, if the minimum not reached, anyone can ask for a refund. The remaining participant will get their ARK coins, and the remaining coins will held until a later date to use for obtaining further funding.
As for funds from the escrow, the terms were established and agreed upon by the escrows before TEC started. After TEC ends escrow may release upon request an amount of fund (no more than 20% of the total) to be used for establishing a legal entity and interim costs. This is so we don't run into the same problems as Lisk and have to wait for the creation of the foundation before we can grow.
