No escrow and where's the rates in the post and you have to download a suspicious file. 
I think using escrow for this is overkill. As I don't expect op to be paying more than you can earn for 1-2 posts you can do for signature campaigns.And after one person complete the job and won't receive payment it will be clear that Op is not paying for this task.

Are you sure that is the correct link? Clicked on download and "Lorem Ipsum" shit popped out of nowhere. 
I agree that you should post what you are willing to pay people that participate in this survey. Otherwise it sounds fishy as hell. Will consider this untrustworthy until proven otherwise.
