As i newbie(beginner) what should I avoid?
For starters  familiarize yourself with forum rules and the alike to avoid using the i didn't know card. Secondly plagiarism will get you red carded here, avoid it at all cost and lastly just be you and be good to others Cheesy

Is a question I've been wanting to ask because I've also tried to figure out things on my own but the more I try the more it seems deeper and I want to ask the house if there is really some things I have to do stay very active and easily rank up or is just this regular writings?
Because I'm not really a good writer
Honestly, it's not all about writing... If you have other skills which can be recognized by others for sure you will be rewarded but the best approach is to stay more active around the forum, goodluck.

- You should avoid breaking the rules in this forum.
Read these rules https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657, and obey the rules. It is the first thing you must do as a beginner.

- You must get some lessons to know how to improve your post quality.
You need to have good post quality to rank up, people give merits if you have good post quality.

- You must think about giving a good contribution to this forum.
There are many things to be done to give good contributions. You can start with a simple thing like sharing good information, it can be any information. You can make a thread that explains the information, or you post the information on the existing threads related to the information. For example, information about scam projects.

As a beginner I will tell you what to do rather than what to avoid.
First study the forum, the rules and regulations, the boards and the sections, do user on the forum. Second do not copy and post the work of another person without giving due credit. So for whatever content you right whatever could you pick whatever statistics you make always put a source. Last but not least you should be to add value and grow the community rather than the pursuit of merits.

You could take this opportunity to practice your writing skills to the test. Many things could help you improve your writing skills.

  • Grammarly
  • Books
  • The forum

Could you evaluate and observe the threads that make the forum? Learning to make constructive posts and not make identical posts with members. Starting with Beginners & Help, which is good already since you posted here, is the key to knowing what you can do in the forum. For sure, that would be the best path for you now.

Seeing that so many good advice and contribution has been given to the op by other members here, I will encourage the op to take time to read the information carefully to avoid asking the same question again. Avoid jumping into threads or contributing to things you know nothing about, read to understand a particular post before writing your view or opinion to avoid you going off point, and lastly, read more as a newbie if you want to grow, good luck.

You should avoid NOT reading the rules of the forum before you write anything here. The most common violation here that you should avoid at all cost are spamming low quality post/nonsense comment and plagiarism because you can be banned permanently if you commit this action blatantly.

Sadly, The merit system will hurdle you to rank if you are not a good writer since only quality post will be given merits here. You should improve yourself if you want to rank up because that’s how ranking system work. It’s useless for a user to rank if he is not improving and his skills is still a newbie regardless of the time he stays here. It will take a long time to rank up here if you will just post with general content. Try as much as possible to be involved on discussion and answer/share some information that you knew to other member. This way you can earn some merit even if you are not a good writer as long as you can provide valuable information to others.

OP, if you've read the forum rules. you will know what you should avoid. being in a discussion forum, to be honest, you are free to argue and defend your argument. but you also have to be willing to accept input from fellow active members.
read more information, then you will get more knowledge that you can use to discuss in the forum. choose information based on your interests and abilities. Learning new things might be interesting, but talking about what we don't master is going to be difficult.

Let me just add mine to what others have said so far. I think you should take sometime off posting since you're finding it difficult to post anything right now you should probably just dedicate two or three weeks to learn more about the forum and also watch closely how others make their post and if you're also interested in ranking up and gaining merits then you should also observe those that get plenty of them maybe you could get an idea of how to go about your posting habit and also to figure out what it is that you're missing that's preventing you from achieving what it is that you really want. These are just my 2 cents.

What you should avoid at all cost is to break any rules in any platform you are using. The second is avoid anything that you didn't have knowledge or you didn't know about it. I can say that if you do is you are like swimming in a vast body of water where we didn't know the danger it has. For being an active member here then as what I have explained is that the rules is the most important to never break ehen your good to go but for other matters then you can guess what I mean about swimming in unknown body of water or in other words read, study, learn and be knowledgeable.

The most important part of ranking up is having knowledge. Writing skill is important to present your knowledge, and with poor writing your knowledge might just get ignored because it's hard to understand. So work on improving your writing skills and learning about the many aspects of Bitcoin. And you also need to form your own opinion, because simply repeating some simple ideas of others won't get you far. You need to be original.

As others have suggested you lot of good things like avoid plagiarism which will get you nothing but only account ban on the forum so avoid doing it.The best thing that will help you is to treat this forum as discussion platform where you can exchange your knowledge and ideas about bitcoin and related stuff but some people push it as some earning platform through campaign and bounties and start spamming on the forum in hope of getting merits and ranking up without even realising the fact that enhancing your knowledge is key to success here.

So just be normal and write posts and be active part of the discussions here which will help you a lot in growing on the forum.

OP, why is it important for you to be an active member on this forum and advance to higher ranks?
Is there any financial reason for this?
There are many members on this forum who, due to their poor knowledge of the English language, write less and much more read the posts of others on the forum or write posts with the help of Google translate or other similar translation tools.
You did not write what country you are from and what language you speak? Maybe there is a local board in your language on this forum where you can get more support and be more active?

Avoid going against the rules especially plagiarism that will hurt you in future.

Is a question I've been wanting to ask because I've also tried to figure out things on my own but the more I try the more it seems deeper

Because your focus is on merit take it easy. If you look at me, you can understand that gradually I'm getting there to my next rank which is not easy for me.

and I want to ask the house if there is really some things I have to do stay very active and easily rank up or is just this regular writings?

Nothing special I think. Writing and replying steady will make active and you can attract merit to your post because non active accounts will lack merit when people don't see it for reading. Don't focus on merit always but do your best to be active.

Because I'm not really a good writer

If you don't write good you write the way you are able but try passing reasonable message to reader. Do your normal thing and way of writing natural. Everyone don't have the skill of good writing but content important

Participating in the forum shows that you are interested in learning something new. As a beginner you shouldn’t think of ranking up just share ideas and follow up discussions you will be appreciated and eventually the rank will move. When newbies think of ranking up it mostly leads to spamming and plagiarism which the forum kicks against. Only Make post that will  benefit other forum members.

Reading is the most rewarding activity. Repetition of the same ideas, such as "Bitcoin is cool; invest in it," or the price forecast to rise or fall, is always very challenging for beginners. Any text can be determined by the sincerity of the writer. If you want to be interesting, be yourself and do not try to talk about what you do not know. It is from this that the advice comes that reading is the best thing to do to understand the mood of the forum. And only after that will you understand what should be done here and what should not.

Because I'm not really a good writer
If you arent then try to be one. No one is an excellent writer right away. Everyone has their own mischief and what you could do is to ammend that by learning how to be one. Try to read a lot of books, watch some English tutorials, and see your improvements once in a while.. No one will help you but yourself.

One of the ways to improve writing is through consistently writing short articles and that vehicle has helped improve the writing skills of members of this forum. Op's writing is not that difficult to understand, however it's not an article, but a little post that people can easily read and understand. You've got the best advise for him to improve his writing skills, but if he often writes in the forum, given time, he'll be a better writer. Unless he wants to learn use of English, parts of speech, use of words etc he can move to English tutorials on Youtube or join English forums.

On the other side, Like others, suggested, I think OP needs to avoid thinking about fast paced method to rank up, It's better to study the forum and understand it before moving ahead to ranking up. Furthermore, quality writing is the only tool for reaching top ranks, as you can't do anything else on the forum without sharing it through threads. Reasonable question effects good responses and such a thing like good questioning can help rank up OP's account in the forum. Generally, OP avoid fake news!

Avoid having the mindset of focusing on ranking up. I'm going to bet that you'll perform real bad if that's your sole goal.

Also, not good at something? Then work hard to be good at it. Pretty simple.

Welcome to the community enjoy keep learning here in the community theares a lot of topic right here you can learn indifferent board just keep exploring ideal first is to make an investment with those information so before making a decision you can now prevent those problem in the future. Most common problem of the newbie is getting merit so they tempted to copy paste an articles into different web sites and seeming that's their content so deal with it is give a summarize and still give the link and credit to the right owner. plagiarism is one of the heavy punishment here

As i newbie(beginner) what should I avoid?

Avoid plagiarism at all costs, as it is frowned upon by the forum if the main author is not properly cited. Also, refrain from spamming the forum with low-quality posts. Post only when you have something tangible to say or contribute to the forum or discussions, not whenever you feel like it.

Because I'm not really a good writer

Being active in the forum reflects your willingness to learn new things. Share and contribute ideas, as well as follow-up discussions, in order to become more interactive in the forum.
You said it all and I'm trying to emphasize more on plagiarism and I think of all the regulations you might get to think of, please always remember never to plagiarize because it is one thing that is very much friend upon in the forum and you should try as much as possible never to be part of this and please always try to reference what ever writings that you're the not the original author please.

In all you do please always ask questions but be more about reading t learn rather than reading to be in a haste to make a post by so doing, you'll be able to make meaningful contributions to a discussion.
