if you want to learn about forum then go to meta board because you will get all the forum related question and answer their. It is a forum so here you will find all kinds of things.  But if you only want to know about forum then you must go to meta board. But it is best to go to your local board and ask your local board members the questions you need to know and understand more quickly.
Meta board can be a lot helpful but I think posting in your local board and posting what’s doubting in your mind can be a great start for a beginner. I’m sure a lot of members will definitely explain things for you and give you proper guidelines so you can start exploring the forum on your own. However, reading and understanding what you have read is a must so always bring good amount of patience so you will be more motivated to learn, and won’t feel tiring and boredom as you go on reading every thread in the forum.

You are welcome to the forum. Many people have guided you enough on how you will be a successful member of the forum. I will just add my own for more understanding. For you to learn and be successful on the forum, you have to obey the rules and regulations governing the forum. Don’t plagiarise or use AI to generate posts; it will affect your account, which may discourage you from learning properly on the forum. However, don’t do like other newcomers who create many threads that will not help the community. Try as much as you can to bring up meaningful, educational, and helpful content that will make you grow faster on the forum. I wish you the best of luck.

This recommended pin post is the keys and solution if what you want, please your highly welcome all you know now is to study and gather knowledge avoid quick to get reach by investing in any unknowledgeable coin or trading on any platform you know no understanding.
Pinned post means the information in there are very vital and can aid to someone’s need, but most times if you don’t point your hand to it for newbies they might just see them in the topic and think they are not meant for them unless we tell them to check it out and all of that.

Most times too some of the newbies opening the thread can make it look very complex which they might be afraid to even start reading it but starting a few thread like this help other members break things down bit by bit to them on there own level of understanding.

Welcome to the forum. I can see from your post history that you have found your local board. That should be your go-to place as local community members are more understanding and patient with newcomers. You are actively participating in the node challenge, so I believe you’re well aware of what merits and rank mean in the forum. Welcome to the forum.

Your first post after registration is your participation in the merit awarded if fulfilled challenge to sync and run a Bitcoin node for at least 14 documented days. Apparently you were able to read and understand NotATether's challenge rules.

It's good that you're eager to learn about this forum. Then why not ask more specifically what you have trouble to understand? Why not first read the sticky threads as already suggested here?

Your post here is so unspecific and asking for spoon feeding guidance. Seriously? I assume you're not a child. Don't behave like a lazy one that got used to spoon feeding...

I am a new member in this forum. I came across this Beginners & Help post and made this post.

That sounds like your first action after you registered (how I perceive it) but actually you posted already twice in [CHALLENGE] Run A Bitcoin Node: 14 Days To 14 Merits before you opened this thread here. I'm not sure why newbies feel the need and urge to post own threads of topics that have been posted a gazillion of times, especially in this Beginners & Help board when Lauda's sticky probably answers a lot of newbie questions. The stickies are there for a purpose.

Let's see if you ever will interact with your own thread further. I've some doubts, as happens so often.

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Before you understand how this forum works, just make sure you understand that you do not paste content created by AI or any sort of plagiarism isn't supported.
Also, once you are aware of the ranks and promotions on this forum, do not go towards creating more posts. Make sure you create posts that are quality, not quanity.

Good Luck!

You have received the summary of the whole matter from this advice, as I concur to his word that speak much in my mind.
But my advice to you is to read more on pin post allot is already in the board beginners and help, local board etc I will not repeat existing Link. Just avoid anything that is distracting mostly once it come to investing on coin you have no knowledge of it, Bitcoin is the best one can invest  others are also good if and only if you have better knowledge but avoid quick to get Rich as this is not we're to get rich fast but need endurance and patience.

If you are looking for proper guide about this forum you can use search button and you can check on front page of this forum you can search anything you want like "I am new here", "how to add image in post" etc
To make contributions, posts for discussion, a poster does not always need to add images.

Images if overused will become annoying and people with low internet connection, bandwidth will have difficulty to load pages of thread.

Newbies can not post images, by the way, and will need to rank up to Junior member (1 merit required) to post and display images. Alternative, buying the Copper membership to display images.

Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images.

Welcome to  the forum. You can also get to know so much about the forum without creating this thread which most newbies do but rather by following the frequent similar questions that are been asked by most newbies here I believe most of the answers have been given there. You are already in the forum so getting idea about the forum will require you to read often and give yourself time to navigate every section so you get more answers from what has been asked and answered by other members which may be useful to you. You can also use the search button to find out if some threads which has lots of answered questions have been created and remember to read about the forum please.

It’s been some little thing I observe from the few times I’ve been here. Some users just create a content, I don’t know if they border to read the replies that people give but, you don’t find them responding in the topic anymore.
That’s a bad way to discuss!
I have also witnessed this countless times here in this forum, especially with newbies. Most times, I do feel they just know how to create a thread and don't know how to go back to the thread to see the replies that most of the members have made and the answers with suggestions that have been given.

Some also made the mistake of coming back, replying once, and leaving the thread untouchable. Even when their curiosity has been solved, they most often don't have time to lock the thread or grab the proper knowledge that they need to learn.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
I am a new member in this forum. I came across this Beginners & Help post and made this post. Please help me with a proper guide line how I can get idea about this forum.
I can count literally more than 10 posts of this nature.

Newbies should start by writing about this first. They should first by reading the Beginners & Help section. Even before going to the next page, everything question they have in mind to ask would already be answered. For example, there is literally this topic Newbies - Read before posting New pinned at the top  of the Beginners & Help section. If newbies read it thoroughly before they would not need to post these repetitive topics.
Most newbies don't enjoy reading in silence without being noticed. They rather will like to attract public attention. Maybe the essence of the public attention is to gain merits. If you look at the username of OP, you will understand that it was written all in upper case, which is also an attempt to attract attention. This is not only applicable to Op but to many other newbies. But only a few newcommers, will want to spend few weeks to read about the forum. And anyone that spends few days to tour and read about the forum will definitely figure out how many things work here themselves.

Welcome Op, I wish you a nice stay in the forum.
