There is NO difference between his loan request and a no collateral loan request. I can't help you if that's something you can't understand. Once again, feedback was not left based on just the loan request.

Feedback will stay. Don't like it, go complain in the meta section and I'll respond there.

no problem, have fun with the feedback left Smiley

my personal opinion, i dont think that asking for a loan with a collateral that is worth 80% your loan is a problem and makes you scammer.. of course the person has the right to decline your loan request. but that does not make you someone trying to scam someone else. it is quite stupid to be treated that way if you ask me.

but oh well, some of the members with green trust score always pretend to be the lawyers of the forum, without any notice or any chance you discuss your case, they just accuse you..

Lawyers? LOL. I'm helping prevent what I think is gonna be a long term scam. Check the trust I left for others and you'll see I've been a help to this forum and BTC in general so far. I don't go around leaving random feedback.

Feedback wasn't left just because of the loan. You obviously didn't read everything or chose to ignore the other parts.

BTW, netpyder is doing the same thing. Only he's just leaving trust and calling out scams based on others feedback.

i read everything mind you about that. and that is actually your personal opinion, look i dont have anything to win or to lose here but you should really have a conversation with the person before leaving a negative, a neutral would be acceptable but negative already destroys the trust of the person via other person. i read some of his post, he always ask for escrow on his deals. and asking for 6btc then retracting to 3btc does not make him a scammer, probably he has changed his plans or is looking into other business. as for the paypal, i checked the country he lives in, paypal really does not payout at that country. and an amazon account is an ok collateral, it is not the perfect collateral but it is acceptable. but that, the loan lender has the right to accept or to decline. he did not push the loan lender to accept his loan, he just proposed and it got declined. that does not make him a scammer or a long shot road to scam someone. its just that the guy is not really someone who knows about everything that goes on the forum. to end, he said in few posts and ask for information basic about btc, he probably is not a btc person, he is just looking to make an impact on the whole btc world. as for his post scam hunter or anything, he includes only people who already have negative trusts and only 1 or 2 has default neutral but is definitly trying to scam others. you should rather look into the links he shared about scammers and see if there is anything wrong.

I personally feel that it would be better if you write the profile name along with the profile link as it saves time and effort of clicking all the links and checking if the guy with whom I am trading is in the list or not  Wink

bear in mind not every scammer of the forum is listed. but is updated everytime i see one non safe deal..
these are based on personal opinion and blatant scam postings. you should still use Escrow on every deal you make, there are free escrows on the forum.

whyy are you such an idiot?
if my loan reason changed, i have other plans. i cannot get 6 btc i am trying to get 2 to make a new project.

what now?

i cannot have any new projects in mind? i have to hang on the game till its perished and i cant do nothing?

you are definitly an idiot. and a great one!!

For those wondering, I've updated my feedback back to negative. Why:

Netpyder claimed to be buying $67,000 worth of BTC with paypal. Believable? Not really but okay. Later on: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11047594 - He's looking to buy a verified account because "the problem is i am from Mauritius. and paypal wont let me redeem money to here."

He continues to try to get new loans using different reasons using a $600 amazon account as collateral. Nothing wrong with that, right? But if you look at some of his previous posts you'll see he has no use for the amazon account and hasn't been able to sell it. First loan request was 6 BTC and second was 3 BTC, the collateral he's offering doesn't cover either.

Acts like a "scam buster" or whatever you want to call it but doesn't see anything wrong with the above. I'm sure others would agree with me that this all looks very suspicious and it's likely he has no intention of paying the loan back.

I don't think I'm abusing the trust system here but you can message whoever added me and ask for me to be removed.

you are totaly abusing it. but well i dont care anymore Smiley
and anyways i always say escrow and ask the person to choose his own escrow.
so your negative trust feedback, you can take it, and shove it where i think it will suit better Smiley

I'll remove my feedback if other trusted members (not including the trolls  Tongue) disagree with it. Go ahead and ask any of them...

Once again, escrow won't help when the value of collateral is less then the loan amount  Roll Eyes

you know what, keep it, at least that might make you sleep better Smiley

Leroy Fodor: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/leroy-fodor-has-gone-full-delusional-stakeminers-confirmed-100sic-insolvent-990219

He started a scammer thread on my ass because of me calling him out, then locked it. I reconstructed the OP, named it correctly, and now is live: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bruno-kucinskas-is-a-scammer-and-shouldnt-be-trusted-1012729

i looked at the persons posts yesterday, i think he really is a scammer. he puts his head in 2-3 things but they all look like a big ponzi scheduled when bets will be quite big and when he has gained the level of trust he wants/ needs from people.

he might be on for a few more casinos and just wrap everything in one day and byebye bitcoins.. everybody loses and he takes off. invest the ponzi bounty in a bigger ponzi. thats how this usually works

I am fine with you calling me suspicious or a possible scammer since I am new on here, but please don't call me a scammer if you don't even know me or saw anything bad from my side.
That is my lowest rights as a member of this community, I register to begin as a newbie and be welcome here to possibly grow my reputation, not to be offended for being a newbie, its like you telling people they have no right to register anymore.
Yeah I made the mistake to ask for Loan without collateral at first but then I edited it and tried my best to prove my collateral is legit but Quicksilver was still being offensive while some other people was being helpful and open to understanding.
Beside I already did what quicksilver said and loaned the money I needed from someone who is interested in my collateral (friend who plays the game) with the terms that if I don't give him back money + interest he get to keep my item of course.

Also the sticky post adds people who are confirmed scammers, that's the difference between a good member and a bad member, they don't run calling people scammers when they never saw or heard about them scamming, they can say that they are suspicious but they won't call them scammers, cause regardless if its a newbie or not, you might be wrong, so just be good and warning people, show that you care about the community and not just being aggressive just because you can.

Also this post is totally against this section rules
Refer to this link for more info https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073
This rules say its a section for scam reports, and that you should provide what happened, the link of the scam and how much was scammed and proof etc. Not post the people you think they are scammers without any proof at all just following your instincts.

depending on your futur post, i will clear your name from the list.

edit : the post says POTENTIAL scammers.

if the accusations against me stands still despite a moderator intervention, i will include my name in the post too. i am not dishonest.

I do find this a good idea, once you have a LIST, you can ask the moderator to pin it at the top, very inportant for nooobs and people doing business via Bitcointalk.
However the OP is marked as negative trusted now. I suggest that we can invite some trusted users to do it, or even better, a staff to do this. The OP had neutral trust (from default trust) before he made this but now he is negative trusted because of this. That's why a trusted member should be the only those to do this.

yes that is very much probable. i do agree if someone else would like to take command of the post, i will keep sending him the links and he will take on.

p.s; still trying to clear out my name, if a moderator could step in and control my post and see about the accusation and tell the feedback leaver to remove it, i would continue the post.

any other solution is welcomed.
