Yeah you can, it will even simplify the data, and as I've stated in the description of the form, either submitting daily or at the end of the week are allowed, it's up to you to decide

The 3rd week start on 1 February 2017, 2nd week starting on 24 January 2017, and 1st week starting on 17 January 2017. Though the 1st and 2nd week have done and you just need to submit the counting of your tweets only in 3rd week period~snip
