Whenever someone joined a place better for him to read its rules and stick to it. Getting banned should be another reason to read the rules again or if not already done.
Some users get a direct permaban/nuked for several reasons. It is up to mods to decide. Personally I won't feel sad for a guy joining here just for bountiestalk Undecided
