As i know, all this data is correct and real.
Owner of this exchange have several legit projects - for example this: http://www.koala.pl/
I don't have direct contact with him, but probably it will be not a problem if someone really want.
I'm registered on this exchange, but i never trade there, so i can not comment on functioning.
