AskGamblers.com is run by some marketing a**holes who are lining their pockets with affiliate money at the expense of the players!

It's the second time they have closed one of my complaints without even giving me a chance to make a statement on the casino's reply: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/all-right-casino-account-closed-and-under-investigation-for-7-weeks

I've asked their customer support to reopen the complaint but they refused.

I've asked their customer support why they even ruled my complaint 'resolved' (in favor of the casino) but they refused to give me a reason.

But hey, it's good for their statistics, I guess. They can add another completely unresolved dispute to their resolved record and everybody - except the player - is happy!

that's not a very good feedback on their service. but i dont think the OP will address your issue here as he was last active last year. maybe, this will just serve as a warning how they approach player's issues towards complaint like this. so with regards to stats, we all know that most of them are not legit numbers.
can they really qualify as the number one independent casino dispute mediator as per claim on their site?

Those are the sites askgamblers wants to be the most popular because it would benefit them the most financially.  This is affiliate spam.

I agree they should be ranked according to the volume of players, feedbacks coming from the community, and traffic rank but these gambling casinos needs funding for their operation, they will either use a sponsored post affiliate links to gain more referrals or ads to sustain their operations, the gambling casino reviews are also a lucrative business venture.

As the other members said, many gambling sites that I don't know if that site is existing and online for a long time ago. I only see some gambling site from here, but not much. Maybe @OP can add more gambling site from here and if it is necessary, he can give a review about the site, people who visit on his site will know that in this forum, many gambling sites that can be recommended for them. But I need to use VPN to visit the site, so I think this could be the @OP concern, or there is a country on his block list.

I like the site's design, and he has a list of the gambling site which people can try to play.

I'd really like to know how do they measure popularity of casino websites since none of those websites that are named in their first page as "Their pick of the most popular casinos" have any topic or are any active in the forum, if they're truly legitimate and they have confidence in themselves and are accepting bitcoin and crypto as payment why wouldn't they just start a thread in this section and promote their website just like the others?, because there's no way they haven't heard of this forum if they have a gambling website and accept crypto as payment.

I highly doubt that any of these websites get any considerable traffic at all let alone being "Most Popular".

Like you, I think these sites do not seem to me the most popular, but based on that, I think that OP should take into account or at least mention what criteria they take into account to reach that conclusion? What I find most popular are sites that are mostly in current signature campaigns on the forum.

That's only most popular according to their review, and we have to understand that this is site where the owner can put a bias review according to their own opinion, personally, I also don't find it popular but I understand how review sites work.

I can see that the admin in this thread is not active at all so there is a big possibility that their platform is not operating anymore.

There are no recent updates also about their platform so joining to this platform is pretty risky if I were to judge and the response are  pretty old. It will be better if they can just lock this thread if they are no longer in their business.

Due to the fact that now the regulation of gambling is becoming more stringent, I think that crypto casinos are becoming more interesting for operators. Perhaps this will affect the popularity of the crypto space in general.

I think that's true. By the way it looks like the OP is inactive now does his website seems active but I haven't find some names that come from this forum does those casino needs to have KYC?

i guess every casino that has crypto merchant now has KYC also. Its more about game providers, regulation, licenses etc than like "crypto punk" and anonymity. But there are many no-name crypto casinos who based on some kind of table games. Its not much interesting yet imo

You'll see the list of casinos this website is promoting, and honestly, I never played even one of the casinos in the list.
For me, why bother to play in a casino that is not even popular in the forum.

in BTC we trust
Thank you for the warm welcome. Smiley

It's good to be here.

AskGamblers is a multiple award-winning online casino site and the biggest authority in iGaming.

We have a huge selection of unbiased, transparent online casino reviews, slot reviews and real players' opinions and ratings.

Above all, AskGamblers has a unique Casino Complaints Service, which helped 10451 players return $27,843,005!!!

I'm available should anyone require any additional proof that AskGamblers is a legit site.

I can confirm that AskGamblers is a legit site, as in they have been around for a very long time and were acquired by a huge company for $17 million a few years ago.  They do promote and side with some rather shady actions by some shady casinos though.

Could you provide some proof that you are actually an official rep from AskGamblers?  (A tweet or post on you site linking this thread would work)

A lot of trolls around these parts, you can never be too careful.

Its hard to follow the Crypto market as these are mostly non license operators and can pop up like mushrooms when the Crypto market is green and disappeared when the market is red. leading review websites in the market both in online gambling but mostly in Crypto online gambling are doing good work trying to analyse the market, provide data, list pros and cons and mark scammers - not always in great success.

The best will be to follow several sources - to get general view and to make your own decisions
  • Leading websites like AskGamblers.com / BestBitcoinCasino.com / BitcoinCasinoAffiliates.com / etc
  • Official Twitter and Btalk accounts
  • Telegram groups in the iGaming market, the best ones i know are in Russian:)

As for the preview comment, yes they get paid, either with flat fee, CPA or Rev Share - this is the business and if you want to take part of it, join any of the bitcoin casino affiliate sources and you will see.

I would like to let you know that a case where a casino confiscates all your winnings + parts of your deposit could be considered 'resolved' by AskGamblers without your agreement:

https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/whitelionbets-casino-confiscated-all-my-winnings-and-parts-of-my-deposit

I am a big fan of AskGamblers and just wonder what it was about this last comment that seemingly made them decide to leave Bitcointalk. Basically, the game-protect account needs more competition on this forum from more trustworthy entities.

AskGamblers Casino Complaints page for Bitstarz Casino shows that there are no unsolved complaints related to this casino.

https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/bitstarz-casino-failed-to-compensate-accordingly-after-proven-malfunctioning-game

The way they handled this complaint was pretty shady.  Did you ask them how many other players had played the game with the malfunctioning bonus round, and what they planned to do about it?

When a player decides to address AskGamblers due to specific issue or complaint related to a certain casino, AskGamblers reviews the complaint trying to determine the truth based on proofs coming from both sides.

Once AskGamblers collects the information needed, we put maximum efforts into helping players achieve their rights, providing their complaints are backed up by true facts.

AskGamblers never takes sides in any complaint process, which is why we have 80000+ online casino forum members.

In addition, AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service has so far helped 10672 players return $28,505,750 and the number keeps growing!

So no?

You didn't ask them about how many other players were affected by the glitch or what they were going to do about it?

AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service is transparent and well-explained on our website.

Our system for filing gambling complaints allows players to open an online casino complaint whenever they believe to have an issue with a casino.

Having that in mind, AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service only investigates complaints previously submitted by our members.

Additionaly, I would like to emphasize the positive feedback AskGamblers received after helping the player resolve his complaint.

"Big thanks to Ask Gamblers for helping get this resolved."
