This a really sick sense of humor. I don't even find it funny. And it would be horrible if some messed up person took this guy seriously.
This kind of service is not funny at all. It is sad that bitcoin may be used to pay for something like that. But from the other side I do not think it is real offer rather than some sick humor of the poster.
