Hello, we keep two nodes full time (regardless of nodes created by collaborators) to ensure there is always a connection available, it can be a firewall problem or in the DNS client, if it is a DNS problem by adding nodes by ip (addnode ) 191.252.184.208 or 191.252.185.116 will resolve.
Also check if any firewall or protection app is blocking the wallet connections.
