The wallet doesn't have to be fixed it's working fine.
Pool.mn should just re-download the blockchain or perform a -rescan and repairwallet then boot things back up, whatever is lost was lost because it was mined on the wrong fork.

If we mined on a fork, probably a part is lost. Hopefully not.
