Using bitcoin to evade taxes would not create a favourable situation for crypto in the future and abiding by the law makes the essence of anonymity lost. It's a difficult choice to make and don't know how long the status quo would remain.
Best of the solution is to change how our society operates, the rules we have created to get collective development like taxes are failure in itself.

In General, the absence of taxes already makes the system collapse, otherwise all state-owned enterprises and organizations will be poor.

Each of us doesn't want to pay too much tax and one an Australian have a solution because of today the group of Australian Taxpayer's Alliance or ATA are now promoting the use of the bitcoin

No, ATA has not promoted anything.
It's a tweet by the policy director on her personal twitter account.
Nothing official just her opinion.

Furthermore, ATA is an activist organization, it has zero to do with the government or the ATO (Australian Taxation Office).

Using bitcoin as a payment to Australian taxes is really a good idea. Many are having a hard time in paying their taxes so using bitcoin for their payment on taxes is very good. This can maximize the time fo the taxpayera because they do not need to travel just to pay their taxes. They can also lessen the use of their time in paying in lines just to pay taxes. This can also make the transaction of taxes easier and faster. So these is really a good idea that can benefits many Australian taxpayers.

@Peanutswar and the article are funny, just 1 tweet from a lady and boom!

=> They're promoting Bitcoin! (JUST 1 TWEET)
=>  Australia taxpayers use BTC!
 Cheesy

The lady doesn't talk on behalf of the ATA. And whoever she is, it's not going to change something. Now the day sir Trump start to tweet the same thing it will be a lot different.

See they can write anything on an article and you buy the story without understanding clearly

The reasons you mentioned are considered to be incentives to use bitcoin and they will not work in the long run, especially if the purpose of using them is to save some money by avoiding paying taxes.
We have daily fluctuations in crypto market that make them an unstable way to pay less. Nor is there a clear regulation structure that makes using thousands of dollars to avoid taxes an unaccountable risk

The same with you it is too hard to pay huge money because of the tax also there are a lot of additional payment regarding with that and the one of the things we need is to use the cryptocurrency that the OP stating that they use the bitcoin to escape having a huge tax payment also they are now promoting the use of the bicoin for the payment of their tax because it is better, faster secured and could lessen the fees to their funds this is a great move too because they are now making a move towards the innovation and acceptance about the use or cryptocurrency.

Very misleading heading. The title of the woman shouldn't be used like that. This article[1] was even better to read than that although it's been years since it's published.

This is another good news for bitcoin as it only shows how useful the bitcoin is especially in paying the taxes and other payment methods where they can easily receive the payment without any hassle. I also salute the ATA as they are very open minded and they even promote bitcoin to be use in their country.

Right now, we are not yet in this kind of scenario therefore I am jealous to those country who are very often to crypto currencies especially in bitcoin. This will also help to boost the demand of bitcoin in that country which is a good sign that bitcoin will have a brighter future and our investments are very safe especially if we can hold it until the peak of the market.

I don't think it is a good idea to pay your taxes in bitcoin, first is that bitcoin is decentralized, second is that the price of bitcoin is always ever changing so you will pay much more in the long term. It is not that I am against but I am just giving the disadvantages.

I am still struggling to understand how purchasing of Bitcoin can help anyone from paying tax. Still, the tweet certainly is a symbol of people investing in Bitcoin.

Another question how does investing in Bitcoin help in adoption wherein not using it for day to day payment. The tweet clearly states investment and not payment of Bitcoin.

According to the position of the woman, she is the director of the ATA and most of them are using the cryptocurrency and one of the most things they want to improve is the use of the bitcoin as a payment for their tax because it is faster and less transaction fee. This is quite good too because they want to adopt this to their country and now they are proving this so they would like to promote the use of the bitcoin and they are inviting their people for over 350k investor to use this kind of transaction and this is not bad.

In Russian, there's an appropriate phrase for this kind of news which translates to 'sucked from a finger' and means that there was a very small piece of initial evidence which was then extrapolated hugely and led to the following narrative being created. One person, 1 thousand subscribers on Twitter, activist organization rather than an authority. Surely, individual effort is great, but it's not the same as an official policy or anything. mk4 mentioned the assumption that is was a joke on her side; no, judging by her other tweets it's safe to say that she's really into it, but it's still definitely not what the op is trying to push.

In my opinion, Emilia just made her first Bitcoin transaction - not declaring that Bitcoin could be used for paying their taxes in Australia. If that would be the case, it would go certain rules ans steps before coming into law - that is to be approved by their government. It is good nonetheless that the director discovered Bitcoin's usefulness and who knows if that can be a start to other known individuals in her league or more to also invest in Bitcoin and declare the smooth transaction.

I don't see any relation with the woman who buys bitcoin with the tax payer or with the topic, how could you say that tax paying using bitcoin in austria is a legit information? You should include the link where you have read articles about it or only relies on the post of the woman who bought the bitcoin and you concluded that they pay taxes?
"Australian Taxpayers' Alliance" is the name of an organisation, dude. And Emillie Dye, the women in the screenshot, which used Bitcoin, is their "Policy Director" (at least that's what say on her bio). This has nothing to do with actually paying taxes with Bitcoin.

Ir is pure exaggeration,Yeah i agree that the woman is Promoting Bitcoin and that is a real big help for the community but this is just "Her Opinion and Decision" and not the whole ATA and the thread seems to be Publicity purpose only.

With the chat you posted op, I couldn't relate the tax payment you talked about with bitcoin. At least the chat would have made that known by mentioning it. I guess you are not really coordinating your post with the chat made.
