I wonder what kind of idiot to place that buy order,when all the other orders are just placing 1000 sats and lower this is something weird never seen that kind of buy order and I don't see the logic behind that order.

means 4.5M Atha after POW and the dev has 40M premined plus the 4.5M from POW, since he was the only one having the wallet until now.
The explorer shows already >3000 blocks and the only one capable to get all those POS blocks is the dev again.
