Sorry, I am a bit confused with the rules.. Will I be a winner if I place a bid and no one else place a bid within 3 minutes after me?

It's a "no sniping" rule.
Basically, a bid close to the ending time extendes the auction until 3 minutes after the bid.
If now another bid is placed, the auction will end 3 minutes after that new bid, and so on with every bid placed, up until there are no new bids placed in a 3 minute window.
At that point, the auction will be over.
