This auction is for one 2013 Bit-Card 1 mBTC card (.001 BTC). It is still funded & unopened, has been kept in storage and is in great condition.
There were several stock designs for these, and this one appears to be "Beer!"
These are really high-quality cards, with great graphics, quality holograms, printing and multi-layer plastic meant to enhance security. Their website was here, but it has been down for maintenance for a long time and I do not believe these cards are made any longer. It's a shame, because they made a great product.
