The minimum bidding increment is too low. People are increasing their bid by the minimum bidding increment, which is .01 BTC. I would say that if the bidding increment was .05 or .1 then all 8 bids would probably would have still been made, so the high bid would be 1.4 or 1.8BTC. Steady on now....
I think it is interesting to see just how many of the casascius tenths have been put up for sale recently, especially considering how rare they are, and how uncommon it was previously to see even a MS67 cas tenth in the past.
I have nothing against the bidders making higher increment as long as the bid uses 0.01 as multiplier.
The bid increments should be understood as minimum bid increment, but I am aware that I have not specified this in details.
I totally agree, there is not too many tenth's out there.
