So what about the shareholders?  Is there any information about what the plan is for people who bought into your asset bitfunder?
Sale proceeds will be split evenly among all 50,000,000 shares.

Thanks for your question.

New In Town...
I'm interested, but also have a full time job that is very demanding.

What kind of hours would you expect are need by the new owner(s) to keep the site going as is?

How much work would you expect is necessary to grow the site further?

Thanks.

If this auction can't produce a serious buyer we will consider the various private offers that we have already received.

Are private bids/offers valid for this auction? I cannot compete when I cannot see where the bids are at. Plus any bid should be posted so other participants can raise bid.
Hello Namworld,

I have pondered on this a bit and have come to the conclusion that it's best if I route for all private offers to this auction thread, or make the bids on their behalf.

You are right, you cannot compete with bids you cannot see.

My apologies for not being clear enough at the beginning of this thread.

It would be good to see at a minimum where bidding/offers are at.
You are currently the highest bidder.

I am sending out an email to the people who have emailed me asking them to post their minimum offers in here if they wish to be counted.

OP, can you tell me how many orders were generated through the website in a month?
This month (November) we have generated over $300 in sales thus far. Unfortunately sales have been down due to our eBay account was recently getting shut down because of some charge-backs related to our Block Erupter sale combined with customer returns that lost 50% value in the first 3 weeks of their sale.Besides the recent problems we've had, eBay has been a massive driver of business to us and would encourage the buyer to relaunch the shirts on eBay under a working account.

if this auction isn't even binding (you never mentioned reserve or consideration of private bids before now), then don't say anything about people pulling their bids.

Say592,

The price of BTC should not affect the outcome if your BTC-denominated BIDS....

The site has valuation of well over $80,000.00.

It's quite honestly worth a lot more than the 12.5 BTC you were bidding.... Please try to not interfere with any more auctions if you do not wish to bid....

Really? You are going to talk down to me offering and retracting a 12.5 BTC by saying it is worth much more, then show no such expression when someone offers you 3 BTC for it? Revenue does not equal value, especially when you had no more than one month’s financial statements. You can claim whatever you want, but when you show one month’s financial statements, and it just so happens to be a month where you made most of your profit, that is a little odd. It was worth a $2500 gamble to me, not a $4500 gamble. Point taken though, if I participate in any future auctions, I will wait until the end of the auction to avoid any potential movements in price.

If he no longer requires the shirts after he sells the business. Then he might as well take the higher bid.

The buyers will have the opportunity to review our ledgers before purchase..

Company has been generating profits for almost a year (documented on Bitfunder).

All revenues are legitimate and properly documented in Outright (book keeping software), and the Magento backend.

I'll put in a bid of 3 BTC for the business without the $800 in merchandise.

Including:
- Domain
- Website (including existing database)
- T-Shirt design vectors
- Web graphic source (ie logo vector, banner PSDs etc..)
- Ebay account/analytic account

* Bid should be considered null/void if price of bitcoin fluctuates more than +-25% it's current bitstamp price ($343) at the end of the auction.

I have a 10 BTC bid which is still upheld.

Current high bidder is NamWorld for 10 BTC.

I don't need the shirts (after I sell the site).
