Interesting info about graded 0.5 brass from ANACS.
Seems like they graded very well
60% got an MS67 or better!!

it's sad that that yellow ANACS slab is cracked 
I bet you can probably send it in to get a new slab on it im guessing. Mopar or MJ would for sure know that answer. I have a couple I need to do that’s for sure. And it’s on some of my best coins
No... ANACS will not reslab this nor correct any errors
It would need to be submitted to ICG,PCGS, or NGC to be re-graded
