He was also inactive for ~7 months before that, is he a known users from last year or before? Perhaps he could sign an old address to verify it's the original user?

Doubtful, as there was another deal I did escrow for and that person also has not received tracking or their coin.
Tons of info on here if you have the time, but TLDR: He used a laser to carve wood and told people it was hand-carved.
