I believe I won.  If so, please confirm in this thread and I will send payment to the address in the first post.

I believe it would be foolish not to choose the gold trim, no?

I will PM shipping instructions along with transaction ID.

Cheers!
It would be very foolish indeed, hahaha. I've sent you a PM with all the information needed and I'll be locking this thread, if you don't mind of course.

Lock it, I am headed to the PM now.  You will have the transaction shortly.

Cheers!

I already have a design #2 and also have to admit that I have not yet used it as wallet. I dont want to ruin the coin. Anyway I might be interested in a gold plated one. Just to clarify here, because the title says "You pick!" and the OP states that I can pick any of the 3 coins (design #1, design #2, gold plated design #1). The bet is for any of the three coins? Im asking because the store price for the gold plated is obviously higher. Another thing I am curious about -> are the gold plated ones numbered?

I know the answer looks obvious, but I want to rule out an error before bidding.
Yes, you can pick any of the three coins, so yes, you could go for the gold one (which I presume most people will). The gold trimmed coins are indeed numbered.

I'll confess that I have never actually loaded one of my physical Bitcoins. I only collect them.

Same here, unless they come preloaded when I bought them. I suppose I'm a sucker for shiny things. But it's nice to have the option to store some bitcoins into a physical coin using these tamper-proof holograms.

I think it is very interesting that most physical coins are almost never used to actually store bitcoin for any purpose.

In theory they should be used for a way to securely store your funds, a cold storage like mechanism. But instead they are generally kept as collectables

So when you peel the sticker off of the back does it ruin it like on the Casascius coins?

It ruins the hologram and leaves VOID all over the place. You do get 3 holograms with each coins so you can re load them with a fresh private key + hologram!
