Received note today! I am pleasantly surprised how nice this note is..thankyou Wink
Have you looked at it under a blacklight? They are watermarked too!
I'm trying to get more for different projects.
What do you think about the binding procedure ? PoB

Wish I had a black light but sadly do not. Did not know they had a watermark....what are these notes made of?

Please clarify..binding procedure? You mean the godl strip?
please note the notes are not made by me (they are tartadeco novelty notes)I did the qr code and essentially tried to make the note a proof of burn by burning Satoshi to the qr and verifying the notes from funding wallet with a signature with descriptors of notes .
The basic idea is that note will always have a face BTC value of 1000 satoshis , in your notes case it's 1002 Satoshi burned to it
It was really a concept introduction I worked on for a while, these notes seemed ideal to try this concept on as they are all serialized and probably really hard to reproduce.

Concept -
Make a physical item hold BTC value without a key.
Prerequisites-
Serialized item that's hard to fake/reproduce.
Burner addresses that can be printed to the item.
Process-
Sign message with item specifics from Minting/Burning address such as serial number and item details.
You could even sign the message with all buyers of items with reference so you can see who originally owned it  to further verify an items validity.

You could do this process to let's say a $1 bill , and make it worth $1usd + Burned BTC  (perfectly legal btw as long as the bill is spendable)  in us.

I would love to further explore things I can do with this process.

I received mine today, I don't like the way they were shipped, but I only paid $1 for shipping, mine came in perfect condition, but I still feel like the packaging could have been better. You could have shipped these in-between cardboard or something like that. Just shipping these in an envelope, I  cannot believe they didnt get bent But for $1 I cannot complain, they came in perfect condition.
Thank you for your constructive feedback, if anyone has any problems in regards to this let me know! I Never really get bent mail unless it's oversized. I hope you like them!

I Was going to provide an opennode checkout for LN users, fees are kinda high at the moment so it's not a bad idea(wanted to see if anyone mentioned it, Im not here to shove LN down anyone's throat.) Opennode checkout will be available in post 2 Sunday night .

Sydazfar , the Bitcoin tied to these notes is burned but in theory should be spendable at face value (1001+ Satoshi) since the item is serialized , signed , a whole process went into attempting to be able to "use" the burned BTC .

This is also a concept introduction/prototype so if you don't understand something  it's completely normal! Welcome to the forums!

Anyone have any questions?

I appreciate it, but if you could also post a how to for dummies how to use LN and make my own wallet , and back it up if possible.

I got no idea how to use LN besides the fact that my btc can be lost if the node goes down (right?) And that it's capped at like 0.07 btc or something like that (right) and it's super cheap fees are because it confirms it with other nodes and agrees with one and than it gets posted to the blockchain somehow?  another and than goes on the regular blockchain right. I saw your post about it being tcip for the internet. But I was wondering the understanding that with tcip that if one thing failed the data could be recovered where's the samailiarity with that on the lightening network.

can you take your sig spam post out of sale threads? go request a how to guide somewhere it is relevant.

My apologies for posting on my main account and asking a question when I have a signature.

Does this make you happy now dozers

I am sure if write a quick little how to use LN in the OP it will attract more people to use it and pay their bids in it. Cant wait to see what you come up with.

Anyone have any questions?

Thank you, ya the concept is very interesting and might become a valuable thing at a later stage.. The main thing i am wondering is what is the face value of each note or how much btc is burned per note?

I have been coming around bitcoin forums since 2017, just not very active thus my newbie title  Cheesy.  More of a telegram person Wink
Each different note has a unique address
Notes Up for Bid
1 - 1oo1SatoshiBurnedToThisNotezFnY9j
2 - 1oo2SatoshiBurnedToThisNotewXifau
3 - 1oo3SatoshiBurnedToThisNoteyV4PNT
4 - 1oo4SatoshiBurnedToThisNotew2bgze
5 - 1oo5SatoshiBurnedToThisNotex7kr7B
6 - 1oo6SatoshiBurnedToThisNotefjWUL9
7 - 1oo7SatoshiBurnedToThisNotew7zgdj

Each note has a unique burner vanity address indicating the amounts burned via the wallet.
It looks very interesting on blockchain too!

It's also why the auction started at 0.0001BTC

So OP, it looks like you are a big lighting network fan going thur your post history, but you do a super cheap auction and aren't openly supporting lighting network that's a little hypocritical don't you think

If you accept lighting network,  it will probably do well, or even better if you advertise lighting network in the OP
