Great country to visit, friendly & genuine people (for the main part - there will always be exceptions)... good healthcare (why do I spend so much time in hospital wherever I go??) and yes, sports mad!
I love their football! (btw Everyone is calling there sport football, England did it first so pick another name!). There national team does relatively good in football (european). There country has a nice ocean and interesting wildlife. Do I need to know more?
How do they manage to live upside down? 
I really like the climate and beaches of Australia. I'd very much like to live there, but I don't know any Aussies.

I've never met an Australian before however from what I've heard it's an easy going sort of culture over there.

Australia is a beautiful country. In fact, every country is beautiful in its own way. The world we live in is beautiful. You just have to look carefully.
Im gonna go there next year, cant wait. Havent met many so far
I have a great deal of respect for Aboriginal culture.
The other aspects of Australia somewhat bemuse me.

They drink to much, to depressive, don't know how to behave when they travel abroad. Overall bad experience with australians...there are exceptions but I don't know a lot of them
