Yes, i confirmed that $1 is worth, but the cloud / vps is for testing purposes only (for students). I received the email and password for about 24 hours. I can login in the site provided from video. I think you can also run game servers in the cloud. But they can able to maintain / monitor what you are doing in cloud.

Problems / Issues
I'm giving cautions to all user to buy this product at your own risk.
After i followed his method, The vps were successfully created but.... I'm not able to login through SSH / Putty because ports are not forwarded. I must subscribe to another service / request which is "port forwarding request", It's another $1, which you also need a "public / floating ip address" that cost "$5 per month", Although the payment method is paypal only. They don't accept bitcions i don't know why.
My Conclusion:
- I believe it's a private / testing purposes only (good for students)
- You can't not build / host game servers under their circumstances (I mentioned above that you need to buy/request (Floating - Public IP Address that cost $5 per month), So that you can proceed to portforwarding request that cost $1 per month.
Final Vouch:
No, $1 is not worth for me, I need to subscribe to another service which is port forwarding subscription and public ip subscription.
Total Value you could spend: $7 - Per month, and $20 yearly. They only accept paypal
