I did not get it either, but the words "a platform for" and among three big hurdles mentioned "everyone offer same and promise low fee" makes me think that AVA is going to be a sort of intermediary for services.

seems that they have very good foundation here and the team members are professionals on their own field. maybe worth following this project. and i am guessing they will run their marketing campaigns here and i would say, this is one good project to watch out for. if hhampuz agreed to post this project, it means he believes also on this project. and he is one of the known reputable bounty managers here. so let's see where will AVA's destination be...
