My opinion on your management service.

Generally you do great management for companies and participants.
There are some hiccups, something imperfect but as I see, it does not only come from you. I know you try to control things in your management but sometimes, there is lag in communication between you and the company so it somewhat is out of your control in short term. If it can be improved, it will be better to avoid decisions made from one side and the another side was lag behind.

Again, in general, a great campaign manager and so is this management service.

This is unconfined input associated with the payment made on last Sunday and even with an over 126 sat/b the tx has not confirmed yet. The mempool is unrealistic now. The next week payment is on next Sunday. What if everything does not go back to normal and the mempool stay unrealistic. This means that users who may need payments quickly or who are committed to certain payment deadlines in their obligations will have to wait one week or more just because you set the lowest possible fees. Do you call this professionalism?

This doesn't serve your reputation as a good campaign manager as the reviews say.

At the same time, you use this as an opportunity to keep your service thread updated with good reviews from users waiting for their payments since days. Do you call this professionalism as well?
