try running one miner. google setting up A921 or A841?

Hello All,
i have a single ras-pi 3 with two sperate data cables and ACU's, connected to two A921, i tried updated the MM and the openwrt from (https://download.canaan-creative.com/avalon921/) so i can mine against nicehash, but something has gone wrong, both devices do not go over 5th/s.
min fan is 10%
max fan is 100%
Voltage Level Offset is 0
Please help i do not know, what i must do or setting, must be done either via GUI or ssh.
