For now you couldn't set avatar in your profile beacuse your rank is still junior member in this forum. In the description you can set avatar into your profile if you are at least in full member rank so you need more activity and constructive post to get merit and become full member.
For the avatar feature will be obtained when the ranking goes up in Full member. If you find a member under a full member who uses Avatar try to ask directly to that member. ask for advice from him.

Only full member and above can wear an avatar for signature campaigns or anything you like.
there is also one way to have it if you can't be a full member yet.
you need to be a copper member or donate some btc on this forum!
