i double check and nobody is on the sheets for receiving Avatar campaign bounties and this is why..

I think it will get more people in if you post it on service section just all the signature campaign are posted,hopefully your coin will get more promoters you just need to update your announcement thread I notice you seldom post updates on it..
i might be wrong but since it is not paying bitcoin it might not be allowed there. i have never seen any of the altcoin paying sig or avatar posted there.
If bitointalk rules don't allow it there, then a Altcoin-Marketplace-Services section is needed to list the campaign services. This will help all coin devs to easily organize their campaigns.
