Creating of threads and sending PM's will not affect your activity. You need to make 14 posts in period of 2 weeks to get max possible activity points - 14.

Think 56 is the magic # I see ALOTTTT of members stuck at 56 Activity lol
No magic, you will also see a lot of member "stuck" in 28 activity. Also 70 activity if you notice. That is not weird because activity point is updated every two weeks, hence the "stuck", and in multiple of 14 (28, 42, 56, 70, ...).
Think 56 is the magic # I see ALOTTTT of members stuck at 56 Activity lol
