I don't think the term "Bitcoin" is new to the world anymore. I think many people have heard of it, but they weren't particularly interested, which is why they chose not to learn more about it. I also think that people are talking about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency on social media, so I think anyone who uses the internet should be aware of it.

Given that not all nations permit the use of Bitcoin, it will be challenging to raise awareness in those nations where the government has prohibited it uses. As for me, I've tried to spread awareness of Bitcoin among my closest people, but not all of them seem to develop interest. Nevertheless, I have faith that more people will join the cryptocurrency industry over time. Bitcoin has only been around for a few years now, and at the rate at which people are adopting it despite  government restrictions, I can say that things are progressing. People will adopt Bitcoin gradually; we don't need to push them to do so.

Statistically 385,000 persons are born into different families across the globe, that's to say 385,000 offsprings come into this world everyday, just imagine all of this individuals having knowledge of Bitcoin.

The question becomes after acquiring the knowledge about this powerful digital currency (Bitcoin) by this group of people how many of them will purchase or invest later in other to keep it  running to get attraction of more interested fellows.

Having knowledge will be great but may bring disaster for the Bitcoin network. If you are seeing the current situation with crazy high fees just because of some BRC-20 token, then you can imagine what the Bitcoin network would face if we add 385,000 people to the Bitcoin network every single day!

Bitcoin network can't handle such high traffic. LN can help but to a certain extent and also it is a sidechain. Unless the Bitcoin network goes through an overhaul to be capable of handling such exorbitant traffic, it will be great if they stop at acquiring knowledge only.

You cannot claim absolute perfect bitcoin, everything has its pros and cons, and bitcoin is no exception. The sudden fee increase of the past few days is a matter of concern to everyone, but I believe it will return to normal soon, and the developers will find a solution to fix that problem in the future so that the bitcoin network becomes better. Moreover, if we compare the pros and cons, it is clear that the benefits of bitcoin give us more than its disadvantages. We do not need to worry too much just because we look at a few disadvantages that forget the outstanding benefits it brings us.

I wouldn't disagree with the fact that everything in the world has pros and cons and Bitcoin is no exception. Do you think I will be very happy if Bitcoin stays like that? Absolutely no! I too want Bitcoin to back to normal sooner than later. But with all these nonsense ordinals are making the network unusable. So at this point, Bitcoin seems like an investment more than a currency system.

Bitcoin network honestly needs an overhaul. not via the sidechain but in the main chain. Probably block size increase is one of the long term solutions devs can bring in. But it's ongoing since a long time and nothing has happened till date.

Adoption of Bitcoin starts with you and me and this is done by good publicity through appropriate channels making people to know what they tend to benefit as the market bum as well as the negative impact during the down- trend.
Your view is correct to some extent. For us to enjoy some of the benefits of bitcoin such as P2p trading that promotes privacy we need to promote bitcoin. I am also elated that you included that as we do our publicity both the positive and negative consequences of hodling bitcoin should be unveiled to our listeners or target. But Bitcoin is not for everybody, so you might not receive the attention you might expect from them. And due to the economic challenges and the get-rich-quick syndrome that is popular now, people prefer to invest in projects that promise instant returns. But this will not stop us from telling people about what we are benefitting from.

Bitcoin looks very unreal to non bitcoiners because of lack of publicity and awareness, just imagine educating your siblings, your children, parents and people you come across everyday about Bitcoin their would have been more interested investors than we have now, this would have enable Bitcoin to rise because of the market competition and HODL will benefit more in this kind of situation.
I want to tell everybody I know about bitcoin but some factors are restricting me. One of them is security concerns. People might feel that you have become rich if tell them that you hodl Bitcoin. Some people will blame you if they incur losses. You can only enlighten them but let them decide to invest or abstain.

The price is not encouraging, and many people still seem uninterested, but they may not be aware that this is the best time to buy. You'll notice that once the price starts increasing, that's when you start seeing a lot of people interested in investing in bitcoin. The government made a great decision by investing in bitcoin when the bull run began, which should strengthen the country's economy even though El Salvador made cryptocurrency legal tender. Not everyone will still utilize it, however.  Since a few years ago, increased public knowledge has increased interest in bitcoin relative to earlier years. Nowadays, you can hear bitcoin almost everywhere and everyday.

Hello Leo! You can still win.

Bitcoin looks very unreal to non bitcoiners because of lack of publicity and awareness

It all depends on the part of the world you come from. When you talk about awareness, Bitcoin is among the new technologies that have gotten the most awareness.
During every bull run, you will see how Bitcoin will trend in every social media, especially twitter. In fact, everyone that uses internet should in one way or the other hear about Bitcoin.

So people who do not have access to internet, are the people that aren't that informed about Bitcoin. However, if they do not have access to internet, they did not also deserve the information of Bitcoin because they cannot operate Bitcoin being offline. At least they should have internet accessibility before they talk about investing in Bitcoin.

Over the past years, there's an obvious growth in Bitcoin adoption and awareness. The use of the internet helps a lot in spreading awareness about Bitcoin easier to a lot of people. But of course, the majority of the population still probably don't know anything about Bitcoin. Others may have heard of Bitcoin but they are not interested to engage with it maybe because they don't know anyone who can teach them closely about Bitcoin. But I think there's no need to worry about the increasing world population and the number of people who are familiar with Bitcoin. It's already good to know that Bitcoin adoption is increasing every year.

But those 385k just happens to have different preference when they grow up. Some might appreciate the Gen Z setup and some would be brainwashed or get used to the oldies setup like the traditional adding up to the fact that surely there would be those that would come from 3rd world country and even living in the rural areas where accessibility to technology is quite......bare.

It's fine if people wouldn't happen to learn Bitcoin in the first place. It's not like we're really desperate to invite people in here.

If they seek for freedom with their money, surely they'll find Bitcoin in no time.

I don't think relying on newborns when thinking of Bitcoin adoption is very helpful because, well, they're newborns (so it'll take 18 years till they're allowed to invest), and because of child mortality.
Of course, knowing about Bitcoin is necessary for investing in Bitcoin, but it's also insufficient. Education is important, and telling people here and there about Bitcoin is useful, but only if they want to hear about it and if it feels safe to tell them about it. Introducing Bitcoin into school education (as some are doing) is a great way to reach the children and make them aware of Bitcoin. Bitcoin being mentioned in movies and TV shows is also helpful to at least spark initial interest.

Surely the topic is assuming that they'll be now over the legal age although that kinda grabs my attention if there's like ELI5 of Bitcoin or crypto. Cheesy

A significant portion of the global population remains unaware of Bitcoin, and there is currently no precise data available on the percentage of people who are familiar with it. While only a few countries recognize Bitcoin as legal tender, it becomes challenging to raise awareness in other countries where Bitcoin is not accepted due to various restrictions. Nonetheless, those of us who are familiar with Bitcoin can still promote awareness by sharing information with our family and close friends, even in situations where the government does not accept it.
Thats exactly what have been done in most third world countries like mine although their are massive restriction on bitcoin by the government but that doesn't stop those people who are expose to this Wonderful knowledge about bitcoin to start sharing among folks who have wrongs perception about bitcoin. Bitcoin have so far grown so fast since its early creation and there have serious misconception about it created in the minds of the public by the government but we are once to help clear this misconception and aid more people to properly understand this bitcoin technology.

In reality a lot of people are still not aware on how to invest in bitcoin, most probably they heard it but still they do not know how to use and invest with. It is hard to educate people about Bitcoin if they are not interested in crypto currencies. But if someone shows how interested they are you can share insights by educating them on the benefits of bitcoin. You can discuss how it can provide greater financial freedom, security and privacy compared to traditional forms of currency. Highlighting the increasing number of businesses that accepts bitcoin as a form of payment it can help raise awareness and encourage adoption. But of course it is up to the people if they want to know more about bitcoin. We cannot force them if they do not want to.

People will blame us if they do not fully grasp the reminders we have told them when we suggest Bitcoin as an investment.  It is reasonable to blame us because we are the one who suggested it and failed to emphasize to the point of making them understand the risk involved in the investment.
That why it's pointless to teach and remind them if investing in Bitcoin has a risk of downturn, you can't control them and they will use their ego when it's all about money. It's not about we're suggest or force them to invest in Bitcoin, they don't care about it.

How can we hold their coins when they are already hacked?
When they're still interested to invest in Bitcoin, but they don't want to hold it. They not ask to recover their coins, but they will start a new investment and ask someone who's professional (the one who teach them) to hold their coins.

If you have teach them about Bitcoin, they already know you're Bitcoin holder regardless how much you have, you still has a chance to become a target. That's why to completely avoid it, make sure you didn't ever talk or have a conversation about Bitcoin/crypto niche.

Not all those people will own Bitcoins because many of them still don't know about them or don't want to know about them. They are still comfortable with their current condition so they don't want to know more about Bitcoin.

Indeed, Bitcoin adoption is still going on, but that doesn't mean it will reach all the people out there because investing in Bitcoin is a choice for them and they can choose it or not. And even if they know Bitcoin, that also doesn't mean they will invest in it immediately.

And when Bitcoin is more popular than now, they still don't decide to invest in Bitcoin because they feel Bitcoin is not for them. After all, they'll say they don't have enough money to start investing in Bitcoin so they won't start.

Guess what, people will start to blame you when their investment aren't going like their own expectation, even you've said about risk and dump season, they won't listen to you and keep blaming you.

This depends how we emphasize the possible outcome of Bitcoin investment.  People will blame us if they do not fully grasp the reminders we have told them when we suggest Bitcoin as an investment.  It is reasonable to blame us because we are the one who suggested it and failed to emphasize to the point of making them understand the risk involved in the investment.

When their wallet got hacked or there's unauthorized transaction that make all of their coins moved, they ask you to hold their coins because they know you're capable about it.

How can we hold their coins when they are already hacked?

People will start to follow you and ask you money because they think someone who hold Bitcoin is rich, also don't forget you will become a target of $5 wrench attack.

That is why we must keep our bitcoin holdings a secret, to avoid unnecessary things like these.

That's what I always mean, instead of us thinking about unrealistic planning for global bitcoin adoption. Instead, we just need to do simple and light things like providing knowledge about bitcoin to our loved ones, and our family. And if everyone did this, it would exponentially impact beyond our imagination. Don't try to do things that are beyond our power but focus on what we can do every day and without too much effort. By doing so, we have also contributed to the growth of bitcoin.

A simple transaction with bitcoin as payment to our needs is simple enough that it promotes growth and help in establishing bitcoin economy.  We don't need to go through a long and winding explanation about Bitcoin and its usage and in the end no one understand what we are ranting.  It is better to show  them through actions and involvement in the bitcoin economics.  Theoretical followed with practical application is always the best way to show people about things we wanted them to understand.

People's awareness of the existence of bitcoin assets is currently still very low. I can still understand this, because it took a long time for bitcoin to be accepted by everyone and all groups. Currently, there are still many people who are afraid to try bitcoin. Because there seems to be too much fear on their minds. Especially where I live now, people are still unfamiliar with digital investment, especially bitcoin. Even other digital investments, such as digital gold, in my area not many people know about it. If I pay attention, all of that can happen, due to a lack of knowledge about digital-based aspects. Therefore bitcoin still sounds very foreign to many people, and that also includes people in the area where I live.

And teaching family or relatives about bitcoin, in my opinion, is also not an easy thing. Because if they don't know about the world of digital business before, they tend to ask long questions, and it takes quite a long time to make them understand. But that doesn't mean everyone acts like that. Surely there are also many people who have immediately opened their minds, when given information about bitcoin. So basically you are right, that awareness plays an important role in progress in the field of bitcoin investment or bitcoin adoption. Even if someone already understands and understands, if there is no sense of awareness about bitcoin, they definitely won't want to invest in bitcoin.

The question becomes after acquiring the knowledge about this powerful digital currency (Bitcoin) by this group of people how many of them will purchase or invest later in other to keep it  running to get attraction of more interested fellows.

You can't have two things at a time, the first step is to get everyone of them introduced to bitcoin, this is the basic factor required because not every member of the family will have a take on it, but they were all aware of bitcoin as a digital decentralized currency, with time, some may begin to show or develop interest base on the level of their exposure in life, while you can still get an immediately positive response after you've introduced them to bitcoin but maybe from just ones.

Adoption of Bitcoin starts with you and me and this is done by good publicity through appropriate channels making people to know what they tend to benefit as the market bum as well as the negative impact during the down- trend.

We all have our own individuals and personal roles to play in this, seing bitcoin adopted is globally accepted and the network being sutained for a sustainable lifetime experience, but this is not about letting them feels that bitcoin will run down the line in bearish periods.

You are describing ideal conditions. In reality, not all people in the world have not only access to the Internet, but even permanent electricity. Bitcoin can't be used without both (we will not consider exotic solutions due to the non-mass application). So, even with all the desire, not all people on Earth will be able to learn about the existence of bitcoin, and even more so, use it. Of course, you can talk about bitcoin orally, but what will be the use of this? I guess none. Not everyone will be able to buy bitcoin either, because a lot of people are below the poverty line and purely physically will not be able to do this. Unless, of course, these are 385,000 children a day, not only in rich families, but at least in families with prosperity, above poverty.

So it turns out that awareness alone will not be enough. People must have opportunities: technical and financial.
