Guys I was wondering if any of you have seen this project? http://decenternet.com It seems like a very infant project but I am no programmer to make judgements. It says it's a hyperspeed p2p internet platform that will decentralize the entire interent using a new web browser and an operating system technology. I really want to invest on this project but I have no where to go to ask for advice Huh

Depends on projects. The last one I was doing research on is KickCity. I talked to several people from their team and yeah, feel more confident about them. Participating in their airdrop now. But it is not always like that even with very good projects. So I can't agree that it is a factor revealing good iCOs

True but it is a good way to screen out the scams.

Currently, Bounty campaign of ICOs has a lot of to offer but very few potential projects. i found a ICO i think it very potential because
