What are your forecasts for growth in the value of AWE token in 2018?

Value of this token will be set by so many factors like how useful that is and how large adoption it have. I don't think dev have any control in open market.

How much different would be token prices for #1 and #2 sales?

Token Sale #1: 2014AWE for 1ETH (December, 2017)

Token Sale #2: 1410AWE for 1ETH (March, 2018)

why is this divided in 2 stages? what do you bring extra from latium that promotes almost the same ideeas?

Instead of having a pre-ICO we decided to have two Token Sales. First, we want to ensure our investors that no more tokens will be issued than they initially assume. Second, we want to avoid creating any uncertainty about how much money has been raised in total. Third, we have prepared a beneficial program for early investors during Token Sale#1.

We bring extra the whole concept of Reputation building, monetization and customer relationship. Aworker is an absolutely unique project that provides independent Ratings for employees on the basis of decentralization. And there will be free access for employees. Only gas will be paid for entering data into the Rating list by them.

So its basically a decentralised job portal site. You have mentioned in the ann thread that you will classify all job seekers into different category like A list which is for best workers like that. But how you are going to do that . Or you do that by evaluvating ones experience certificate?

Look here - it's just simple! Aworker is a decentralized system of reputation building. Reputation is built with the help of our ratings. The employee fills in the information which is automatically inserted into our ratings after being verified by the employer. The status of the employer is to be confirmed by at least 3 real employees from the employer’s company. The employers found cheating will be blocked or their rating will be downgraded. The whole idea of A List is about choosing the right job candidates for the right jobs and vice versa.

There will be only paid services for businesses. The cost of our services for companies will reach up $40/mo. Our average bill for corporate customers will be up to $200/mo.
In general we have four types of monetization:
- paid accounts for companies;
- premium accounts for workers;
- advertising (of companies and employee profiles);
- escrow (it guarantees performance of contracts and constitutes 1%).
