Not sure, but for now only accounts are available with $100 credit in them.. they are much better and cheaper

Major price reduction for the AWS Educate Starter account. I have 3 accounts in stock now and the price for each is only $16 instead of the previous $18.. get an account while they are cheap before they return to it's regular price.
Key information.
- You can only use one location with this account = us-east1
- You don't need a credit card to use the account or the available $100 credit
- Credit expires in a year December 2020
-You can launch upto 20+ instances as long as you balance the price of the instances with the credit available on your account, above image shows which instances you can choose to deploy
-You can deploy different kind of OS = Ubuntu, Windows , e.t.c
-You can not add another credit to this account or add your own billing
-If you abide by their terms, your account will not get suspended. That is the only thing that might get you blocked, so fear of getting blocked because of using a vcc e.t.c does not apply here
This is very cheap considering that the price of an active account and $100 credit all for $16 while normally it will cost you double to buy an account and credit.
