The card top-up function doesn't work properly, there is a big problem on their card partner side. I funded my account and tried to withdraw to the Mastercard. Unfortunately, their minimum amount for card top-up is above the 0.255 ETH but I decided to continue with adding more ETH. The transaction declined by their system and the history of a transaction is on the red ERROR page. Any ideas?

Aximetria is featured in CoinDesk

We're happy to announce that Aximetria received the license recognized by the Swiss Association for Financial Services Standards. Indeed, as you might know, Switzerland is the best possible destination for crypto and blockchain project with the most advanced regulation in the world. And it's very important for us.

As our CEO Alexey Ermakov emphasizes, "this is because it also extends to crypto laws in Switzerland and gives us a wide range of future business development, including loans, FX, e-money accounts and salary projects."

Could you explain please how AxiDrop works?

Sure.

AxiDrop is a convenient money transfer service by mobile phone number.

All you need is a mobile number
No card numbers or account details that are so easily mistaken.

To any country of the world
AxiDrop works without geographical restrictions, the money will reach anywhere in the world.

To any person
Even if he is not an Aximetria user.

Comfortable
For example, the commission for transfer of $ 500 will be only $11.82. The transfer will be completed almost instantly.
You can make transfers in cryptocurrency and stablecoins from your Aximetria wallets or bank cards.

If the transfer recipient is not an Aximetria user, the funds will be credited to his wallet immediately after registration in the application. Transfer details will be sent via SMS.

Cryptopay is a well known company and it's not a direct competitor to us, because we're more focused on transfers and instant purchase/withdrawal of crypto and stablecoins with any bank card.

I was actually just talking about in terms of btc prepaid cards since I couldn't find any other provider that's available to Russia-based ppl besides cryptopay.  So If I'm right, a consumer only has 2 options.

but in general, I don't see why they're not your "direct competitor" when they're also offering the same services/products for almost the same countries.

With regard to Russia — correct, also for couple of months cryptopay had problems with card issuance, hope they solved it.

Our main focus is emerging markets where people do not have access (or it's very expansive) to cross border transfers, and also we aim to provide them with an easy way to store value in digital analogs of world currencies (dollar, euro, jpy etc), basically by using stablecoins. In that sense, we haven't found any the-like product in a market.

@LTU_btc, this answers your question

Citizens of which countries can use the Aximetria card?

Aximetria cards can be issued for residents of the Russian Federation. We're also preparing an Aximetria card for residents of other regions (incl. Europe, CIS and the Middle East).

@op what's up with the fees? there's even a 30 USD fee for paper statement. If that's the case i don't see a point of having a btc prepaid card

Have you guys taken a look at your competitor tho? https://cryptopay.me/bitcoin-debit-card/#russia

Hey there,
Do you have a specific page for pricing?

For sure, take a look at Aximetria Pricing.
99 USD per card
Hidden monthly service fee 2$/month if card transaction is less than 150$
100$ (investigation of operation) what does this mean? Is it if we ask why our deposits/withdrawals get stucked?

Also looks like we can't withdraw crypto from the platform we can only deposit.

Can I get a list of countries that are supported for crypto deposit?

Actually, you can withdraw crypto to any bank card once verified.
The restricted countries are Algeria, Bolivia, Ecuador, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Macedonia, China.

I think this service thread belongs Service Announcements so please move the thread to this board accordingly since the services offered is not just a crypto wallet but offering debit cards as well.

The debit card is not the main thing we are offering. Moreover, we are thinking over moving to cross border payments and stablecoin transfers rather than cards.

Sorry that I'm sceptical, but words like Swiss bank is often used in various scam schemes. I'm not saying that you're scammers, but maybe you can show license or something issued by Central Bank of Switzerland to prove that you're legitimate company working in Switzerland.
And I'm interested about your card. Can you tell in which countries it is available?

Thank you for your question. We have applied for membership as a self-regulatory organization in FINMA.
