They can try to but at the time they do nothing we built a unique product. You can't just copy and do the same it is a long-term work. At the time big companies will start to think about it there will be poor marketshare left.

It depends on total amount of contribution. On average there will be spent arount 50% on getting licenses. Other part will be divided into similar pieces and spent on marketing, listing on exchanges etc.

As we said earlier we have agreement with these exchanges: Bittrex, HitBtc, Liqui, XBTCE.
We can't tell you the name of our participants because of hte NDA. But we have there 2-3 really big clients.
