Serious ? And what we GPU miners should do when ASIC come over us ? I am mining Bytom now with my whole GPU farm , and it's feeling good that my 1070ti / 1080ti can do more then 1 ASIC !!!
Yey congrats to Shitmain... They managed to even turn miners against each other.
Just turn your whole GPU farm to mine bytom, just because you are angry at Bitmain... no matter that it is more profitable to mine Ether, not even considering the other altcoins out there.

If you bought a B3 miner, you know what we are talking about.
The facts :
So that are the fact, knowing that we can tell that BITMAIN knew the situation, partialy refund, and sold their batch 2 really fast to avoid having a stock of impossible to sell miners.
They KNEW that GPUs miners were able to perf higher than our golden paid B3s.
BYTOM team, didn t made anything, they are happy of the situation, all the buyers loosed a ton of Money, but Bitmain won many millions US$, and BYTOM team have high hashrate on their chain, not carring about the poor customers.
We can act, we can take a lawyer and make a class action against BITMAIN and make the light about what happened.
First step : Make you know here, then we ll contact BITMAIN and BYTOM team.
If nothing happend, we can go to all BYTOM meeting giving informations to people and explain what happend.
Then next step if they don t do anything, we find a lawyer and make class action to get our money back.
Bitmain can give back premine to B3 customers, and Bytom team can make airdrop to B3 customers too, instead of giving BTM to useless twitter campains!

- BITMAIN refund a very little amount of the first batch buyers, even if customers didn t asked anything (they knew something were not good).
- When the first B3 reached the network, we discovered that many more miners were here (about 10K when the first batch wasn t already completed).
- The GPUs can hash really more than the ASIC miners, a poor 5x 1050 MINING RIG can have more hashrate than our ASICS.

Let me get this right, The OP bought an asic from Bitmain and is now crying because he/she lost their rearend in the deal as far as mining payout. Is that about it?
Bitmain warrantied the equipment. They made no guarantees as to how much the ASIC would earn as far as the value of the coins it mined and how fast difficulty went up along with the amount of other asics on the network no matter who made them.
You played the game, you lost, move on. Make better money decisions next time.

I bought one of these and it was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. It is so sad how these guys scammed us.

I won't be buying any more antminers or asics no matter how good they appear at time of sale after my batch 2 A3 and B3. Should've built a GPU rig in the first place damnit but now I know better. Anyone got a decent GPU rig they want to trade for an A3 and B3? lol

about 2TFlops speeds of one chip,total 24TFlops.
Today, bminer can make 1300H with 1080ti,its 11.3TFlops,so about 120H per 1TFlops.
If B3 can make same rate, it can make 2800H per units.
But i think it can not be,too weak for hash DDR4

If I leave the chip size out and sell it there is zero deception.
If I say chip is 16 and it is 28 I lied.
If they never spec a chip size it is perfectly legal.

I'm sure you will waste your time on filing a case against a Chinese company where almost all knock-offs came from and can get away with "They aren't the same".
B3s however, was advertised as it is and you got the actual product, nothing seems to be wrong unless all of the evidences are strong.

Pardon my french, but anyone who bought one of these things is a fucking idiot. A brand new mainnet without any other mining software. You couldn't tell if what you were buying produced a good hashrate or not. Admit it, you were greedy and while you could have made a lot of money, you rolled the dice and lost
Maybe if Bitmain was an American company then, yes, it would have a shot at a class action suit.
