I don't understand what you're talking about. Where are your coins ? In your B3C Wallet ? In "your" cryptopia's wallet, or in coinex one ?
I you used Yobit to purchase your coins, then they're stuck in Yobit. Yobit is on the wrong chain, so dump your coins asap and buy B3C on coinex or cryptopia.

How long does it take to send B3 coins from wallet to Cryptopia?

It's very hard to get staking reward now. My previous reward was just less than 2 days. And I haven't had any staking reward again since that time, and it's been 5 days now since that last time I had that staking reward. I guess difficulty is high and the network weight is heavier, changing from 8 to 13.

Edit: I combined smaller blocks into one and it staked and reward is very good. Grin

What must the .conf be named as ??

About cryptopia : yes, only one node. It takes time before your coins hit your cryptopia's "wallet".
About the conf file : its name is b3coin.conf and its location, where you have peers.dat and wallet.dat (windows 7 : C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\B3-CoinV2)

It still says my wallet is out of sync and I have 3active nodes.

Update: Nevermind all is well. 11 seconds till stake. 15 active connections.

The more coins you have, the faster you mine (stake), but we can't say it's proportional. I think it's more something like

1k 10 days (not accurate stuff, just given as example)
2k 9 days
4k 8 days
and so on
