Hi, Got a prob here...
I had Withdrawal some coins from Yobit to my Wallet @ POSWallet. I saw latter that were a hardfork ongoing, so I believe that by time Yobit and POSWallet were in different chains and I used the same Wallet address from POSWAllet. I can't see my last TX there... But I can see it at cryptoID website (I believe in the new chain).
What can I do? Is that possible somehow to recover my coins?

thx!

Lets wait for YOBIT.

We still have issues because YOBIT has not enabled withdrawals yet.

I guess Yobit has already enabled.
As I said before they were transferred, but I believe that were to the new Chain, while on POSwallet It seams that It was on the old chain.

I also got a question: is it possible to have the same wallet address in both chains (new and old) or after a hard fork the wallets are always different?

ty!

So is B3 actually working now ? Why so muc hhate for the new Dev ? Not his fault the coin sucked and didn't do what it was ment for.
I just get really pissed off when someone tells me something will work in such and such a way and then does not !!  Angry

Daffadile, you are right...but everything will calm down...

Because we all dont know each other...we also have a solution for everyone. You will see...in few weeks, if things are clear, everything will running smooth.

Actually we have a clean code, and B3 is working very well.

Steve

Ok good. So it is safe for me to stock up on b3 then ?
I think it has good potential so I hope this all revives it. I really didn't like the state the coin was left in. You had a mess to deal with. You are the Dev right ?

pool?

we supplied one benjy - but it hasnt been updated due to the 'issues' that have occurred behind the scenes ... we need to terminate it - unless some arrangement can be made ...

i think ocminer has a pool for b3coin - that is current ... im not sure mate ... that is suprnova - and he is a great guy / dev with a good pool system ... i have a great deal of respect for ocminer ...

btw - are you the miner on mue? ... if so - you need to REDO the workers after you log out and login to the pool again ...

sso has been setup on all the cwi-pools now - and if that miner is yours - then you are wasting you hash and power until you get the account setup again ... this now only needs to be done once ...

let us know whether it is you - and what issues you may have - if any ...

#crysx

Thanks for your answer but I never floor a pool of suprnova or anything related to a thief, ocminer for my is impostor

Address from the old chain are not in the snapshot file above. Copied the wallet over and nothing showed up there either.

For example, SadfeVszcowJrfP5sPm5zv61jeNsHAAVEi had >3000 B3.

Dev - need some help here. Old chain addresses with balances:

Yes - that is the problem.  They are clearly in the B3 wallet (V1) - how exactly was this snapshot taken?

Snaphot B3  UTC + 1 12/18/2016 ChainzID

One of the addresses is my - bought coins on Yobit and sent to Poswallet on 24.12.
What can we do now Huh
best regards
YOBIT updated their wallet on 26/12/16. Any coins moved from YOBIT before 26/12/16 could be on the old chain.
Please note that YOBIT has not allowed withdrawals after the wallet update. All withdrawals are stuck in COLD STORAGE.

See message below:

I just got this reply from YOBIT, regarding B3Coin UPDATE:

renamed it to b3-coin.conf and I'm only connected to these :

188.68.52.172:5647
85.214.68.75:5647

any idea why? does it even matter ?

could try turning UPNP on ?
preferences or options
/network

it's on by default, can't even disable it.
got 3 connections now, I'm minting like 10blocks at least daily, so it's fine.

still sync and connection issues mate ...

and this is WHY the cwi infrastructure was so very important for the sync and stability of the network ...

but you DO have your OWN nodes i guess - so this issue should never have come about - right? ...

i dont like seeing this coin struggle - but it is what it is i guess ...

#crysx

there is no struggle with connections I just saw so many nodes and I'm always connected to 2 or 4, after I changed conf name, it's 4, but there are like 10+ nodes ? Since the new wallet I minted like 120-130 blocks so it's going pretty smooth.

I also think, we should not fear 2 connections. Its totally normal, that a young coin with a small community dont reach 10+ connections so fast! :-)
The B3 is running really good! From the technical site, I dont see a struggle!

Huh

@crysx It is not a problem to add your nodes. I have it already said.
