i deposit 1001 b3 but they didn't arrive and the transation id is showing not redemmed , and i also receive 950b3 , what is this , am i on the wrong chain
You bought 100 tickets, you got 950 KB3 back and if you look to the Community Fundamental Node page and search your wallet address, you should find your shares of the FN.
Not yet redeemed doesn't mean that your transaction is not confirmed, but it means that the output is not yet spent in an other transaction.

Hi, we checked some of the submitted withdrawal forms, and they had the official pool address listed as withdrawal address. Seems this is why they didn't come to you, as we have to check those issues manually. We have a lot of people working on the manual lists right now.
Man, once again, an excuse. All that was asked on a withdraw form was my Discord name, my up to date wallet address, the number on the form pertaining to my holdings. I have no clue what you are even talking about. Who are "they"? How about you stop making excuses and get me my coins? Another week and still no coins. I have a new staking machine set up and was going to stake this but I see it's got some kind of swap thing going on. Please make it clear for people who just want to buy some coins and stake. Reading back it seems there are some problems with exchanges.
Can I just buy B3 at Coinexchange and stake staking and sell the states back to CE?

CoinExchange decided to run a B3 and a KB3 wallet, then you will have to withdraw coins from your B3 balance to your KB3 address.
Once done, you will be able to trade KB3. But you have to wait for the KB3 market opening.

It is B3, divide it with 1000 and you get KB3, so the amount should be 18,000,000

Upgrade your wallet to 3.1.1.2 and it should be ok.
There is no real swap, KB3 is a display unit only (=1000 B3).
