A direct price increase is not needed. A steady grow to 400 usd before the end of this year would be natural and it would made sense.
At the current price btc is way undervalued.

yeah it will be soon, but at least we could reach $350 by the end of the month, then we will touch $400 when approaching Christmas 
I predict this will happen. I can't see bitcoin @ less then 400 before the end of the year. There has been so much events coming up that it is makes me believe...
A lot will happen in 2016, and the whales are getting a 400 usd value from where we rise to 600 usd mid 2016

if people decide to buy BTC with their end of year bonuses then we might see a rise.

It would be best for me if we touch sub 300 again so i can rebuy lol. In my opinion, we could see sub 300 around holidays and back to 400 till spring. Also, i would not be surprised of whales manipulate market down before halving so they collect coins from weak hands before possible "halving" bull run.
LOL, I got my buy orders ready @ 280, but this time the market makers are taking their time.

Hell no. We wont go down there again. The price now just keeps the same and we just have to wait for a other rally. Bitcoin becomes more and more mainstream.
Not a bear but it is likely to happen upon seeing the trend. Let's face it, we are pretty much struggling to hold at this price level. A few dumps from a whale and bam, sub-$300 again--yet another time to snatch cheaper coins.

Without any new news to drive it, I don't see it getting back anywhere near $400 for the rest of this year, or managing to stay above $300. I'm inclined to bet on it dropping back to the $250 ballpark by end of the year, as the BTCC-inspired "buying frenzy" is over.
I don't think it'll drop back under $250 much, if at all - enough new blood bought in that the real support floor probably shifted up a little.
I anticipate the next major move will start a month or two before the halfing.

I agree with both of you. December is always calm and first days of January always bring decrease - hopefully this time not big, and in the middle of January price will jump over $400, but it still is optimistic scenario imo
For general stock market, the December is a good season. The prices usually rise. That is mainly due to year end effect. Fund managers sell bad performing stock and buy good performing stock to do some window dressing. These fund managers do not care about the cost involved in the buy/selling process, they just want to show investors that they have the winning stock.
People that bought bitcoins at $400 might have learned the hard way. I think the bitcoin price will stay below $400 for a while but not too long.
i doubt that it will happen the price is pretty steady right now and there are no heavy fluctuations i guess 400 wont happen soon

I would like to see it again 400+ but it really stays as a dream, i hope it will become true one day.
i am 100% sure we'll reach $400 again. $400 is not that far away. a few whales can trigger people to panic buy once they see a huge green candle.

Yeah, my low would be 250 USD, but neve rsay never. It can even go back to 100 USD. However the current market sentiment is positive.
We will hold on to 300 USD the coming weeks, is my prediction.
