It looks like badbear is "mistaken" about several other of Candy's alt's:

Supraman
Magic Of Nigeria
SimpleDice.net
Crypto-Buzz
SimpleDiceDev

Now my question is why do these accounts have negative 6 on the first number while the others only have negative 4. All of the trust was left by the same person, with the same reference link and with 0 BTC risked, (they even have the same comment).

The only difference that I can see is that these 5 accounts were negative trusted today while the others were negative trusted ~ a week ago.

Even if I display tendencies of a scammer, does that make me anything near a scammer? I sent him a PM asking who Thoughtful is, I don't even know who he is! Nobody does.

BadBear thinks I am Thoughtful, whoever that i.s

FYI, you can search the member list on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=mlist;sa=search

Thoughtful is this guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=384722

I'm not going to post the proof, that would only serve to show scammers how to avoid being caught, and proving I'm right or winning an argument isn't worth that, not by a long shot.
I don't leave negative feedback lightly, it isn't a mistake.

Is that kind of like invoking national security protections?

Candy, you know that sending more than one feedback makes no difference right?

For me, it let's people know that most of what BadBear says is a complete guess, and most probably not true.

Candy, Ejaculation, and batmanbad. NOT Thoughtful.

batmanbad was trying to pull something off here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9490681

That was probably the extortion they were referring to.

No, that is an extortion. And I ended up leaving the campaign and finding the money in an old address, had to restore an old backup from Blockchain.

BadBear thinks I am Thoughtful, whoever that i.s

Hah, did a little digging, he was trying to use Paypal to buy BTC, no wonder you've been given negative trust.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9657209 - Here's the thread, OP, if you don't want negative trust, don't use paypal, I've bought BTC just using wire transfers over localbitcoins, no one is going to use Paypal because you can easily reverse the transaction on them after they've given the Bitcoins, do us a favour and don't play innocent.

He was trying to sell not buy, and that was after this drama. Probably a last ditch attempt to try scam some money via Paypal.

In that thread the OP is selling BTC for PayPal; why would he send people BTC and then refund their fiat back to them too?

Also, nobody ever seems to get negrated on #bitcoin-otc for trying to pay for BTC with PayPal... should we start?

You remember the spamming, and then the drama with pierr11 account https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/spammathon-brought-to-you-by-candystripes-835217

I don't know what info BadBear has, but I assume its something, otherwise he would have given neutral trust.

Hahahahahahaha, I KNEW you couldn't show proof? You know why? Because you have none. God bless you and your family, I hope that your mental illness one day will recover to a better state. I am sorry for all other members who were affected by this destructive autistic user.

Please, may God be with you and your family through these tough times. May the best be with you as you go through this tough journey being autistic. I honestly feel so bad for you from the bottom of my heart, that your mind cannot work as other's do. Possibly a cure for defective humans like you will be developed before the end of your days.

Best regards,

I gave candystripes neutral trust warning others to use escrow when dealing with him and that lending to him without collateral would be a good idea. He responded saying that I was one of many claiming that he is a scammer without proof and gave me negative trust for 'abusing the trust system'. I did not claim that he was a scammer, although such fact is what I believe is your long term goal.

You previously receive much more money then what you were due from someone, refused to return it when asked and only did so when you were called out. You have questionable activity regarding an account that you were holding as collateral.

The trust that you exchange with others is suspect to say the least, (I would not be surprised if all/a majority of the trust you have exchanged was purchased in some say.

Refuse to return it? No LOOOOOOL you are making me laugh. He said, "come on man, please give my .2 back". I said sure, I'll save up just to pay you back  Wink. And that is what I did, two weeks later I sent him the full amount back.

I don't exchange trust, and I don't ask for trust. I just get it.

Anyways, no point in replying. Just going to see how BadBear responds.

No it does not automatically make you a scammer, but the chances of you scamming and/or you previously scammed are very high.
If he has access to IP information he should check, and maybe use GeoIP to check where we come from. This isn't fair at all, trust is meant to mark out scammers from trustworthy members. It shouldn't be used unfairly for grey/shady areas.
He probably used much more specific IP information then generaly geo location information. You probably had the same IP address and/or the same ISP as the scammer/extortionist in question. I personally find BadBear very reputable and I think that he wold not make such an accusation unless he has solid proof (although I would like to hear from malevolent about the details of the extortion attempt).
Are alt accounts not allowed? I made Ejac, and forgot about it. Then came on months later here again and made Candy. Is that a problem?
They are allowed, however he got the fact that ejaculation is an alt of you right, so he likely can get alts of various people "right"

Your logic disgusts me. So because I "talk" like a scammer, the chances of me scamming are very high? If someone "talks" like Hitler, the chances of them trying to become what Hitler was, is very high?

He was making an absolute random assumption. Maybe he thought I talked like him. That is a terrible way to judge someone.

The fact I am Ejac is known by over half of the forum. I made it known around 3 months ago.....

If you have nothing to support I am a scammer, don't call me one. Simple as that.

Get some proof and then come back. Otherwise a reply is not needed from you.
You don't really talk like a scammer, you more act like a scammer. At least IMO. There have been at least two scam accusations against you in the past that have solid evidence against you however you activly denied the claims so it was questionable if you actually scammed in the past or not.

Act like a scammer. Hmm, let's describe a scammer. Someone who has taken someone's money without permission, giving nothing in return as previously agreed.

So, acting like a scammer means that I scammed, right? Show me where I have scammed.

Have I scammed in the past? No. Will I in the future? No. Don't agree? Don't deal with me then, just don't mess around with me.

The first one, was a user sending .2 by accident to me. I ended up accidentally gambling it (yes, accidentally), but paying it back in full later.

Second, user took a .055 loan from me with his account as collateral. He then comes back on the forum and complains I never gave his account back to him. He never paid back the loan! lol
